took this picture this morning. If the season was on, and I had a tag, I could have killed them. Sorry for the focus, between the pine tree and the long grass in front of the birds, I had a really hard time getting the camera to focus past the foliage. ![]()

Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a bowel movement by the clean end

I had a friend out sighting in some rifles and we had 4 turkeys in the field when we were firing a 30 06! They had no fear of us or the gun. |

I work at a grain elevator that is surrounded by woods. Either every morning or evening there are 18 hens and poults out around the elevator. As long as those birds stick around they'll be safe. Hoping the population around the elevator grows and the toms move in for the spring time. |

I havn't seen a tom or jake in the longest time. See the odd little group of hens out for a stroll. I have a video of 2 young jakes pecking at the glass window in my basement. Its pretty funny, they used to wake me up because it was so loud. NOt sure why they like pecking at it....maybe they see themselves? |

I saw 12 while bowhunting yesterday morning. Just our feeding in a winter wheat field. Saw another 2 up close (10 yards) in a corn field while hunting that afternoon. |
