I was out this morning turkey hunting as I have been watching for the last week or two 8 or 10 birds. These birds have been moving from one field into another quite often.I got there long before daylight but it was a bright morning anyways.I had no luck and left at 9am and headed home as I only live approx 10 mins from my turkey field.I got home and had some breakfast and decided to go back out for a drive looking around not thinking I may get a chance.I drove right by where I was this morning and bingo I see those 8 or 10 turkeys heading right into the field as I knew where they were headed.I got in there and setup as I really didnt have a good setup just behind a tree and just put my barrel through the branches.I wasnt there very long before I hear some clucking coming up behind me,as I turned my head to the left I could so them heading my way.Geez they are so keen, they knew something wasnt quite right but I managed to get a shot off and take a young one.Hopefully have a picture latter. It certainly got the heart pounding and God do I love turkey hunting.I guess getting out and knowing where they are heading to and from payed off for me this week.Just started holidays today and its off to a roaring start, now bring on the deer. The wife may have to go out to sobeys to get a roast or something to make up a meal with this bird I always seem to get a picture of the bird at home.I guess its because usually I am alone hunting.

Congrats Perry!!!!!!!!!!! |
Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a bowel movement by the clean end

https://sites.google.com/view/north-river-outfitters/home You're not paying for a stay at the Hilton, you're paying to participate in nature. Anything can happen. I work part time so I can hunt full time YOU'LL NEVER SHOOT THE BIG ONE IF YOU SHOOT THE SMALL ONE FIRST | |
