Just got my corn and soybean plot's seeded this weekend, just before the rain hit last night.
Now just praying we don't get a late frost in June...

Just got my plots sprayed on the weekend. They're a couple of hours from home. Hope to get them planted in a couple of weeks if mother nature co-operates. Still planning out what seed mixes to use.

Yeah me too, just finished up two days of working on some of my plots. Sprayed my crimson clover/chicory plot with Roundup and 2-4D. Hopefully it will be brown in a couple weeks so I can till it up and plants some peas. The other plot was disced (offset) up, planted with Roundup Ready Soybeans, fertilized with 6-24-24 and then chain harrowed. This plot is close to 4 acres in size. I'll go take some pics tomorow, forgot my camera.

I had disced it up partially yesterday and was happy to find deer tracks in the soil this morning, even with my tractor left in the plot. :hick: :tractor:

Didn't work up my plots before spraying Roundup. ( I used a generic brand but the same active ingredient). Should be ready to work up in a couple weeks.

Best of luck with your plots

When I started this tread, I had gotten my beans & corn in and was praying for no
frost... Well my corn & bean's are up. Frost hit, but I think there in such an early stage they will make it. Unless the get killed tonight.
It doesn't always pay to be in a rush.... Corn is safe for sure, but if you look at beans wrong they die...
