Man did it feel good to do some work in the ground again ;D ;D ;D

The ground is still to wet to plow everything we want to get done but we did break ground were we could.

We also worked some existing plots and seeded AGAIN since the geese >:( liked the seed and, mowed some of the big buck magic seeded plots lol ;)

Big Buck Magic 3 years later,,,, We have plowed some of it down to make room for beans ect ,, oya and lots of sunflowers 8-)

and as you can see , contrary to what we were told would happen,,,,

Still thick and lush 3 years later ! 8-)

Then the chain link fence drag to dress the seed in some roads.

Now time to break ground on some new plots and a big project for this year. Aprox 6 acres of brassica to help kill weeds since we can't use round up here and the brassica will help supress them. Deer like them too .

I won't be winning any plowing matches so any real farmers out there :P,,,,, We could only do half this field as it got to wet farther down but its a start.

More to up date later :hick:

Bigr, that "BigBuck Magic" is it put out by Whitetail Institute, or is it your own mix, just curious.
