What's everyone's thinking on this? I know I read about deer that won't touch brassicas or sunflowers in certain areas but what has worked for you guys better than anything else? Just looking for ideas and to brainstorm so that we can help each other out.

Soyabeans seem to work the best for me as a food source the last week or two of the season. Brassicas also work well but they seem to prefer the soyas.

Ya I do winter wheat or rye along with chicory for srping/summer. I have also used peas with success as well. Brassicas, which include turnips of varous types, soybeans and carrots as well for fall/winter mixes. Of course I supplement with mineral licks and once the winter snow starts to fly, some alfalfa bales with a deer mix I made.
