Not certain how far north you are, here in central Ontario we got our first and only frost in the wee morning of Sept. 17th and it was a mild frost. Most brassica's need a couple of good hard frost to kill it. A mild frost wont do anything.

We got hit with a few here as well. I guess I'll have to wait and see when I get back from moose hunting.

Swampridge,
From the photo it looks like no frost damage. Usually you get limp and falling leaves. Have you been watching your tempertures ? It would be nice to know which temperture will give you frost damage in your area.
Down here in central Ontario all is good with these warm days and double digit nights, things are growing great. But, this warm weather won't last long.

In the Cobourg area there hasn't been a "real" frost yet. Tillage raddish in some fields and a small brassica plot are still green & happy.

We had a few hard frosts in mid September but it didn't matter...........brassicas were decimated by deer by then anyway. Nothing but dirt and a few roots left. I'm glad I've got rye, oats and pea combo planted in another section of the plot to keep them coming....
