370 acres 2 hours from Toronto consisting of cleared fields, gently rolling hills, good cedar bush, small stand of Maples, pond and wetlands. Wildlife throughout.

Ideal for hunt camp, hobby farm or recreational retreat or your country estate.

The north east corner of the property has 990 feet frontage on year round maintained road (Moneymore) which is covered in cedar bush, This area appears mostly wet but there may be some room for building a year round home.

The west of the property is set back from Moneymore road and can be easily accessed by gated seasonal road “Cheese Factory Lane” where it has about 3840 feet of road frontage. Severeral old trails run from the lane as well as a good ATV trail which runs in from through the woods and some cleared fields, to seasonal pond /wetland area. Several deer stands line the trail as well as the remains of the foundation of an old homestead and an old stone well.

The southern acreage borders approx 4950 feet on seasonal Phillips Road. The south west part consists of several old farm fields from years gone by where the field stones were painstakingly moved to make several stone fences in order to work the land..
The south east portion consists of stands of maple and hardwood bush.

Seller may be willing to take back a small mortgage with good down payment.

I have real good friends just up the road from there, on the other side of the Colonization Road, and I have deer hunted there quite a few times. There are some real big bucks in that area and beauty country....wish I had the $169K to buy it :(
