NEVER LEASE OR BEG TO HUNT SOMEONE ELSE’S LAND AGAIN.

If you are looking for top notch manageable hunting property that can produce mature Whitetails every year, you have found the property.

Imagine being able to head north for the hunting season and have your spot already picked out, have your own piece of hunting paradise that no one else can touch, and know that there is a trophy already waiting for you.

This area has an abundance of deer, black bear, birds and other wildlife that can be hunted.

Located in the Rainy River District of Northwestern Ontario.

It is only about 12.8 kilometers (8 miles) north of Pinewood, Ontario in Morley Township.

The property is 151 acres in size and has approximately ONE HALF MILE OF FRONTAGE on Forester Road.

Forester Road is an all season gravel road that is open year round and maintained by the Township.

There is electrical service along the road and in front of the property.

The property is well forested and has the remains of an old field along half the road.
The field is about 15 acres in size.

The northwest corner of the property touches the Kishkakoesis River.

Finding hunting property for high end free ranging whitetails is getting difficult every year so this is the perfect opportunity to get one.

We have the land for you that will be not only an outstanding investment for you but also a hunters paradise for deer and black bear and small game.

LOCATED IN WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT UNIT (WMU) 10
please note that there is a non resident guide requirement in this WMU.

Where is Pinewood and Rainy River Ontario?
They are located west of the Town of Fort Frances and in an area called the Rainy River District.
Rainy River is the end of Highway 11, making it the world’s longest continual street.
The Rainy River district of Highway 11 provides scenic drives with access to some of the most unspoilt wilderness on the journey, including Rainy Lake and Quetico Provincial Park. This is also the least populated part of Highway 11 – Fort Frances and Atikokan are its only major centres, and between them have barely 10 000 people.

What about Pinewood?
Pinewood is a hamlet of about 30 houses 18 kilometres east of Rainy River, Ontario

The Corporation of the Township of Morley is located within the Rainy River District and is located approximately 45 kilometers west of the Town of Fort Frances situated between the Townships of Chapple to the east and Dawson to the west.
The total land area of the Township is approximately 19,300 hectares. Located within the Township is the Village of Stratton, the administrative, business and residential centre of the Township.
