SSM is decent whitetail country. Just wonder what an individual could do with that much acreage if his passion was whitetails and he had unlimited resources. lol.

Ya sure, I'll share Jon. Just as soon as I win that loto-max. Heck, we will open up a bunch of areas for food plots, create trails throughout. We will hire a full time biologist to take care of the herd as well. Supplemental feeding programs etc etc..... :D

$500 hundred an acre is pretty good. The location is good and if its all wooded there could be 20 million plus in timber.. Would prob cost 10 million to get to market and 7 for the property..... you could possibly make 3 million on the wood alone... just tell the wife its a win win (;
