I thought we had a few guys on the forum from out in Sask or had lived out there for a few years.
It would be fun to get some insight...

Sask huge. Effective hunting area for whitetails 100 times that of NW Ont deer range. Both areas have suffered some from predation and overharvest. Both comparable but I would not go hunting either area with high expectations. Northern Alta quite good and the best hunting for trophy WT south of border but access to prime areas tough everywhere.

Hey, Good to hear from you... I wonder if the northwest or northeastern part of the province is better?
