My phone has rung constantly wanting pups since June. They are on the way. ( Fd. Ch. Gilkey's Post Oak "Caesar") Caesar is sired by Fd. Ch. Postoak Little Nip Otis and his Mother is Fd. Ch. Hilltop Freckles. Freckles won both the A K C and UBGF nationals and Otis won the A K C national. He is from a family of winners. Litter #1 Caesar x female by Fd. Ch. Crank's Chicken and Black Ace female. She is almost triple championship mated. Born Nov. 9th. 2007. Litter #2 Caesar x female that is out of Thorn Gap Mandy II. Pups are on the way. |

Yes, I never breed a female to raise pups unless I know something about what the female has in her family tree. Reekat Hot Wings Hannah's pedigree is on the espomagazine link. Look her up. That is litter one. The Thorn Gap Dark Mandy II female was bred by Mr. Wayne Thompson, Mr. Thorngap himself. Ask Clyde Gott about Mandy II he owns her now. This female has a string of the producing Thorn Gap females on her female side. Her Top side has a two couple pack male as her sire and Fd. Ch. Short's Farlap is his grand-father. She is a smooth running female with a big big nose and a coarse chop mouth. Ask Mr. Amos Stoker, he said, she is a middle of the pack hound and she will hunt you a rabbit. Both of these females are the kind to put line control and hunt in their pups. The sire is a line bred Homebrew, Shorts Kate, Short's Line Boss with Fd. Ch. Wienhort's Velvet Queen and Thorn Gap's Dark Ralph all in his 5th. generation. Thorn Gap Mandy II is by Short's Pro. This is litter # 2. I have a 3rd litter on the way won't be born until Jan 26th. Thank You for your time. Joe W. Eaton |

Yes, Ryan Date is Dec. 18-19 and she is bulging. You are #1 on the list for a female pup. Looks like we could have a basket full. |

I just wondered if you ever had sperm from him for sale? I have an excellent producing bitch that I'm sure would compliment your stud. |

We do not have any sperm frozen on Caesar. He is a very aggressive breeder. We would be glad to be of service to you if you want to schedule an appointment and breed your female the natural way. I have no idea what the cost would be to save the sperm or what is the proper procedure in sending sperm out. Thank You for your question. |

Great News on Fd. Ch. Gilkey's Post Oak "Caesar". His first litter of pups have started and doing great. We recieved a call from North Carolina and a fellow has two females that he purchased from Hill Crest Kennels who owned Caesar when he bred the female out of Rob's Diamond II. He says they are looking very good. Both Keepers. He also, inquired about getting more pups from Caesar. We recieved a call from Ms. Jones and Eric Autry and they have a male out of "Caesar" that they say is super. He will be running trials soon. They want more Caesar pups. I have two pups that are for sale. They just turned four weeks old today. They are by Caesar and a female that is by Fld. Ch. Crank's Chicken and a female out of Fld. Ch. Brown's LA Black Ace. These pups only have two hounds in three generations that are not Fld. Ch.'s on their mother's side and Caesar has only two females that are not Fld. Ch.'s in 3 generations and both of them are producing females. One male and One female. Both are beautiful pups. These are the only two that lived in a litter of six. Male $250.00 and Female $325.00. You field trialers need these. Both should stay small they will be ready in about 3 weeks and will be healthy pups with all shots up to date and record of their health. Give us a call at 731-352-7719 |

" Sorry fellows, I am not a big dog trader. No, these pups will not sell for less. They are a beautiful pair of pups and I have decided to keep them if I can't get what I have ask. The price will go up not down. I am not in this for money but would like to pay the feed bill and I am feeding fifteen hounds right now, so these two won't cost much more. Look for them at the derby trials. They are now about two months old. I will see them start now before I sell them." |

Redbird, don't forget where those cheap pups came from that will teach them a lesson. By the way by the time you feed, care, give shots and reg. your pups how can you have cheap pups? From my understanding you have not sold your pups cheap either. None the less I thought I might get in on your case a little. By the way both pups are sold at the listed price. Sorry you missed out. I see you didn't miss out on the bargin of the training collars. I am sorry that I did not get down to see you and hunt with you on the holiday. I will talk to you again soon. Double J Beagles Joe W. You do know that I was just joking That female we talked about had her puppies duiring that freeze a week or so back and lost all but 2 males. She was bred to Hoss. I bought a couple of young females with much Little Man and Buzz Bomb breeding the other day. They are 8 months old and looking good. |
