"Oh, well we are more alike than it seems....I think..." she said softly, slightly confused.

"Yeah," He agreed with a laugh. "Who would have thought that?"

Arabella sat there in an awkward silence once more.

Maxwell coughed into his fist, stalling, he couldn't believe they were here again.

Arabella sat there just as content as could be.

Maxwell sagged against the tree, then his eyes brightened with a thought. "Do you...ever see people?" He asked her, then he rephrased it. "Have you ever had a vision?" He asked.

Arabella thought for a moment. "I am not quite sure...not that I know of...but it may be a fine line between seeing something and remembering the past. So I am not...very sure... Besides in my time...that power would be thought of either insanity or dark work of a thieving woman like a gypsy...then you would be confined or cast out of society..." she said awkwardly. "What about you"?

ooc: Did you get of BL?

"Had one the first day here," He replied, his voice changing slightly as his thoughts turned to the past. "And when I was...insane. The right word for it, out of my mind, crazy, a lunatic..." He stopped himself short from adding more.

"Wow...that is very interesting..." she said softly. "Would you please care to share?" she asked. "Oh, and...Maxwell...I do not think you are a lunatic...." she added.

"I was," He said, shrugging, he crossed his arms, not out of annoyance, but out of slight insecurity. "After I was wounded, after I was shipped back to the U.S. from Vietnam." He added, his voice grave and gruff with feeling. "I...used to see...things. Things that weren't there, things that...never happened. Things that never occured at times..." He drifted off, his eyes focusing off into the dark distance.

"What things...?" she asked, her voice at an extremely soft pitch. She sat perfectly still and silent otherwise, waiting for him.

"Things..." He said, his voice rising in pitch. "People...doing things...horrible, sick things..." He whispered, his eyes closing at the thought. "Things they would never do in real life...but they were so...vivid." His voice cracked, his eyes shutting tighter, his hands turning into fists.

Arabella's mind quickly began to race, she was still slightly confused as to what Maxwell was really saying. "Murder?" she asked her voice still in its soft tone.
