Why thank you. B)

I'm really liking this one. It's different, but it reminds me of Sands of Time somehow. And I don't have to listen to Godsmack, so that can only be a good thing.

I'm currently trying to learn how NOT to suck at Bionic Commando. So far I'm flunking.

It's easily one of the greatest 8-bit games ever made. It forces you to completely re-acquaint yourself with the platforming genre.

My friend let me borrow Rainbow Six Las Vegas 2, so I'll see how that works out.

Saihai No Yukue (Command Baton's Whereabouts) for the DS. It's made by Koei and brings to mind the original Kessen game for the PS2-same battle (Sekigahara), same game company, only now the emphasis is on interacting with the different commanders (this time around using very nice anime character models) and getting them to do what you want. Each 'chapter' is a different location/time frame on the battlefield. There's even flashbacks to political double dealings in Osaka Castle.

Dead Space. It's alot of fun, but I don't think it's a 'reinvention' of the survival horror genre, it's alot like Resident Evil 4 gameplay wise.

The atmosphere is great however, the Necromorphs come at your from all angles. It's a bit on the easy side, though. I'm still using the default weapon you get at the start, despite being prompted to try all different weapons. I just sell the ammo.

Hope it doesn't get too predicable near the end like Doom 3, but I'm enjoying it so far.

I am playing Dead Space as well Fox, have you seen the move that goes along with the game? Its pretty damn good at giving the back story and all that stuff.

Aye, I think it blew away any sort of mystery away from the game, knowing what the 'marker' appears to be, but it was quite good at setting up the story for in the game and stuff, I believe one or two of the characters from it make an appearance in the game? That Doctor that killed the Captain at least, his fate wasn't explained.

Oh yeah, lol, your pics of your playthrough gave me major déjà vu when I got into the first zero-g environment. I was thinking "Well hell, I've seen this somewhere before", I thought I may of been reminded from one of the Alien films, it took me ages to twig it was from this thread. :lol

On the PS2, I'm going with Summoner 2.

On portables, though, I'm playing Golden Sun.

Bioshock (Xbox 360)

I'm at Hephaestus right now... Didn't kill Sander Cohen after completing his masterpiece for him, but the next time I see him that twisted old man is going to get pumped full of electrified buckshot.

And I'll be sure to take a photo of his corpse for the 'Irony' achievement.

Valkyria Chronicles on the PS3. I am truly, thoroughly impressed, thus far (only up to chapter 4 of 18 [not counting the prologue]), especially considering that it's an SRPG... And I can't recall a single one of those I've even remotely enjoyed. I generally hate the genre, but this one has really appealed to me.
