For a little more fun in the USE I thought it would be a different idea if we (USE) had a "Royal Family" seeming as we are a United Europe, I was wondering what the rest of us though about the idea. Just reply what you think. :) |

In parliamentary systems the head of state may be merely the nominal chief executive officer of the state, possessing executive power (hence the description of the monarch's governments in the UK Commonwealth realms as His/Her Majesty's Government; a term indicating that all power belongs to the sovereign and the government acts on Her Majesty's behalf, not parliament's). In reality however, following a process of constitutional evolution, powers are usually only exercised by direction of a cabinet, presided over by a prime minister who is answerable to the legislature. ^^ Something I thought to share in order to clarify. |

Again: no, this is too confusing, too many ways for it to screw up, it is completely pointless and stupid

Your friendly neighbourhood shadowman.
|
So... this would in reality be more like some kind of monarchy RP? If that is the case, then I don't have much of a problem. Otherwise... well, it would seem a bit unnecessary. |

I have some thoughts on this: 1. This sounds quite interesting as i feel maby such a system would check the power of the Prime Minister but this system would need to be fuly worked out first. 2. Daniel you would not automatically become the monarch, and to think such is rather arrogant. You created the region, big claps, but i feel, and so do many others the founder laws, should not be there as you are not elected leaders, as i wasnt when i was the Appointed head of state. I think this postion would be good for you, in that this way people would not think you were there just so you can retain some form of power. Sorry this may seem aggressive, but others in this region need to learn what they feel, and then say it. Also off topic, delegate elections are coming up and i think if crystian wants to retain that positon he will need to be a tad more public than he is. |

Well we could have something such as this: Parliament appoints that Monarch The Monarch serves as the Head of State The Monarch can appoint and heir while being the monarch The Monarch can appoint nobility The Monarch can choose to retire at any point The Monarch can be retired by Parliament Parliament must have 2/3 vote to retire the monarch The next close Nobility rank shall assume the Monarch by the approval of Parliament. |
