THE FORUM ADMINISTRATOR ACCORD is hereby established; 1. Every three months the parliament of The United States of Europe will elect a forum administrator who will be responsible, with the Prime Minister, to organize the forum of the USE. This person will be known as the Forum Admin of the USE. 2. The Forum Admin will be elected in a manner of three days for candidates to declare their candidacy and then after that three days for voting. No candidate may run who has not, at the time of their declaration, been 14-days a citizen of the USE and 7-days a member of parliament. 3. The Founder, Daniel, will forfeit all administration rights over the forum except for in the case of an emergency in which case his ruling may ONLY be revoked by a two-thirds vote of parliament, the PM's decision, or a two-thirds vote of the NSC. The Forum Admin will have such a power except all votes will only require a one-third vote to overrule their decision. The WA Delegate will not serve as an administrator. 4. There will be three Global Moderators over the USE forums. One will be the Deputy Prime Minister who will serve as Chief Moderator. The Prime Minister will also appoint a single Global Moderator, who is not considered a member of the Cabinet, and may serve only up to eight months in office consecutively without being removed from their position for at least two-weeks. The last Global Moderator will be selected by the Parliament, elections for this position will happen in the manner outlined for the Forum Admin elections. 5. The Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, Global Moderators, and the Forum Admin will all serve on the Forum Administration Council (FAC) which will operate out of a staff forum only visible to these members and will be able to challenge all of the Prime Minister's and the Forum Admin's Administrative decisions. |

1)That makes our security paractically redundant since an infiltrator just has to get elected as an Admin and destroy the forum that way. 2)Your forgetting i hold the master account. 3)Cyristan is also a Founder(and current delegate) 4)'TheFounders' part of the constitution practically forbids it incase of emergency siuations 5)This is an INSULTING and BACKSTABBING proposal to Cyristan and Myself, the two people who created this region and invited you here, instead of just leaving you in Aura Hyperia to waste your time with a failed region. @Daniel: I respect your rights to be founders and all but that does not make you elected officials. And you could just as easily say that one could just get elected Prime Minister in order to wreck the forum. I believe at the very least the clauses on Global Mods are fair, especially the part on the DPM. Also to say that I owe you oh-so-much respect for telling me about the USE is kind of stupid. Its kindof like saying the best recruiter should be the Prime Minister in a more extreme sense. |

The DPM is not a Global Moderator or a Moderator. |

Yep he made it and so did Christian. Nobody have no right to take their control over their forum from them. |

I'm in agreement with Daniel, (and the majority that have posted so far) and therefore opposed to this proposal. |

You were invited to join this region, you show some respect to those who invited you, along with everyone else.
I could also interpret this proposal in the exact same way Modship should only be decided by Security and not parliament. |
