they are talking about how in Africa, their main source of protein is from used soap used by Americans' McDonalds. All the grease Americans have on their hands, when they wash their hands, transfer to the soap. This makes a delicious meal to any African and will keep being a delicacy until they are able to retain the saliva from used braces.
