Welcome to the region! Roswarne is one of the growing user-created Regions and, arguably, one of the more humane regions. Our region is run by an elected Assembly and a popularly-elected President. 

Roswarne was founded in September 2010 by Gyflada & Rabelliad, who are currently the Executive.

We welcome all new nations! Please apply for citizenship in the "Apply for Citizenship!" forum, and be sure to introduce yourself and read the Newcomer's Handbook.
