A bright red portal opened up then seemed to have zipped shut after a- wow this douche was tall... Sorry.... (The narrator clears their throat.) Where was I? Ah yes.

It seemed to have zipped shut after incredibly tall man stepped out. He wasn't on his way to do anything aside from cleansing the cosmos of an infectious energy: Chaos. This was from the center of the universe- otherwise known as 'The Spiral-' and can and will do horrible things to anyone and anything it comes in contact with. Including the man that stepped out of that portal of Chaos.

A few months ago, Alika was only 6'3 and slouched a lot. A lot. But after being infected with Chaos, Faith was given a massive growth spurt, became slightly leaner, and his eyes turned from blue to blue-violet. His hair was as dark as ever, and he was thankful that it never changed unless he entered one of his transformations.

Alika looked around him quickly before he noticed he wasn't on the world he wanted to go to. "Is this... Mars? What happened to this place?"

The halfbreed took a few steps to see the large cities of Mars that were usually filled with people- be they human or not -running around, driving about, making noise.... But not right now. The place looked like it just had something similar to being infected with Chaos....

'But why can't I sense any? Where is the source? Surely, Mars was close enough to get a large blast as well. If not, then what did this?'

The city before him was a war zone. This place looked like it just suffered hundreds of years worth of combat that it never needed. Buildings were in shambles, most of the skyscrapers had large pieces missing from it and some were still falling over on one another. The roads had flora growing in it and some were larger in most places than other thanks to sunlight and moisture obviously.

And the more Alika looked, the more he knew that his job wasn't going to be done with a singular mission.

This was a planet after all.

Alika sighed and summoned his Keyblade, Native Reign. The long teal blade shined as if to say it was ready to work, but Alika knew that it meant something else.

"I know, Reign.... It's here somewhere. We'll find the source. But first we need to find out what's wrong here. We have a legacy to live up to."

Slowly, Alika paced his way over to the city falling on itself, and hopefully, he would find a friendly face there. The last thing he needed was an ambush right now. He finally found a nice quiet entrance to a new place.

The martian city was in ruin but ducking in and out of the shadows were odd creatures, almost human shapes with glowing crimson eyes and bodys that seemed to shift between a solid black state and a gaseous black vapor. They were everywhere in the ruins, silent and waiting. At the heart of the city a loud explosion broke the silence and rocked the city to its foundation.

A hundred feet from the explosion a figure similar to the others stood but this one was different. It held a more defined human shape and the black vapor clung to him like a cloak. His eyes were brighter and radiated power. In his right hand he held a black Katana, in his left a rather large black and silver Colt pistol. Where the explosion had been was nothing but a pool or smoldering darkness that seemed to be getting eeaten away by the black vapor left behind from the blast.

"Pathetic creatures of Darkness, who do they think they are dealing with?"

The figure lifted his sword as a few Large Body heartless emerged from the Realm of Darkness. With a look of disgust the being flashed forward in an instant and in the next the heartless split in two and dispersed back into darkness.

"I wonder why they guard this place so heavily..."

'Faith....' Alika heard the voice of one of spirits within his Enigmatic swords; Aku. His real name was only revealed to him after many hours of listening to him babble about nothing and everything at the same time, and it was to his joy to know he found the lost soul of his girlfriends elder brother, Malign.

'What is it, Aku? Don't tell me you're about to-'

'Yasa said she sensed a malevolent force ahead. She's in pain on our end... and can't tell what it's from. I'm used to pain, so I don't sense what it is, but Yasa... Faith you have to help her. I'm not sure if she'll be able to handle it for too long.'

Alika stopped and blinked confused. Yasa was the other blade he used, and the spirit within that was Maligns lover... Who just so happened to be a dragon in human form. Her powers to control both fire and ice were nothing compared to most everyone that Alika has encountered so far, on top of this she had an ability to sense those with wicked hearts and intentions. Because of this, she could sense the power inside Malign, and because he wished to do harm to no one, but suffered still from half a dozen voices telling him otherwise.... She fell in love with his inner strength and never left his side. For this, Malign kept everything he could from ever harming her.

Until the day she died in his arms.

'Did she say anything about where it is? Or what it felt like?'

'Like hundreds of pure hearts- those without intentions for conflicts or war -were just lost by the hands of a man without love. On top of this... I can sense someone that is made up of this shade that saved us.' Yasa answered herself. Her voice was riddled with agony and Alika knew his time was short before she needed to be her other form. Which Alika was not able to control yet.

"Gee, that helps a lot!" Alika shouted as he suddenly heard more screams and several more explosions. Without thinking about it, Alika summoned Native Reign and wiped the dust from the visor of his keyblade armors helmet. He spun it once in his hand then tossed it before him, giving it room as he requested to his Keyblade the blessing of the Kingdom Hearts of Worlds hearts blessing: His Keyblade Glider.

In a soft flash, it transformed then flew back to Alika, who jumped onto it and sat down before he grasped the handles and ventured off to the city.

'Screw walking. People are in danger.

"Damn! Where are they keeping him!"

Some solders in mech-enhanced suits surrounded the being and leveled swords that sparked with electricity who sneared in disgust.

"You are foolish to even stand before me, yet you further your ignorance by leveling your weapons at us."

The solders shifted uncomfortablely, obviously nervous. The man had leveled half the city already and even under orders had been hesitant to approach him.

"Wh-Who are you! Whats your business here!" One of the solders shouted, his voice cracking near the end and he back up a bit.

"Who are we? Well thats a good question... not quite Gama I figure. I guess you may call me Caligo."

All around the solders black mist thickened into humanoid figures. All but a few of the solders spun to face the creatures, the others still faced Caligo.

"Nithlings. Lower beings than myself but still far superior to you."

The Nithlings bore fanged teeth that shined like solidified moonlight, their crimson eyes blood-thursty.

"Now you will tell me where he is now, or die where you stand."

The solders tensed, some gritting their teeth.

"No! We won't give in to your threats!"

"Then you'll die." Caligo mused, a slight grin playing across his face as if the thought of killing these lesser beings amused him, tho there was a tug in the back of his mind that wanted to fight back those thoughts. Caligo's attention was pulled toward a power that felt familiar. It was almost enough to pull the other consciousness to the surface but he fought that back too.

"Who the hell....?"

As Alika flew closer to the city, he finally saw what exactly was razing the city. 'Is that what I think it is?' The entity was surrounded by a cloudy substance that made even the blackest of auras look like a field of snow. This creature was surrounded by what also looked to be the planets military forces.... and they were surrounded nearly three-to-one of creatures made of the same substance. Things just went from bad to worse.

The engines roared as Alika used the corrupt energy of the Spiral, the power Chaos, the make them triple in speed. Quickly, he approached the group as he could hear the main entity say to the rest, "Then you die."

"No!" Alika shouted as he revert his Glider to it's original form, and activated Faith Form. His Keyblade armor seemed to glow a soft violet hue as he began to scan the area and blast a large wave of rays with Infinity Overload, then summoned two Starburst construct gloves, and formed a dome around the militia before any of them were hurt.

"Is everyone okay?"

"Yes, but who are you?" The soldier asked as they listened to the Overload rain down on anything outside of Alikas constructs. Alika was able to hear the faint screams of the lesser creaters as the celestial light burned into them and exploded upon contact. He was glad all his moves did this.

"Just a guy that's willing to help. If you got a gun aim it now. This wont keep them for long and we need to run fast. Do you have a headquarters?"

"We do, but it isn't open for civilians."

"Good. Wouldn't want anyone that doesn't know how to fight get- Hey! Wait, you mean me?" The soldier nodded and Alika gave them a dull look behind his visor. He was glad no one could see inside unless his eyes started glowing.

"Okay, so then how about I let up these barriers and stop blasting these things, carry on my wayward self, and let the rest of them eat you alive? No? Didn't think so. Get going. I'm right behind you."

Things escalated quickly. The man Caligo had felt approaching had flown in, covered himself and the solders in some sort of barrier, and topped it all off with a bit of light rain. No literally, light was raining down and sizzling and exploding as it hit the lesser constructs. Caligo however had moved back under the cover of a fallen building. He snarled a deep growl from his throat and he aimed his Black and silver Colt at the barrier.

"I'll show you what happens when you interfere with the affairs of higher beings!"

With thats the bone shattering cracks of gunfire rang miles, sounding more like artillery shells that bullets of concentrated Blackmist that exploded on contact with the barrier. h
He would empty the clip, a total of 13 shots before the clip dropped out and faded and a new one materialized in his hand. He would then make a circle in the air that left a trail of Blackmist with his right hand then slammed his palm into the center, sending a beam of Blackmist at the barrier while the remaining constructs beat their fists against it.

The first bullet wasn't enough to crack through Alikas constructed mitts, however two and three did just fine doing this. Then four, five, and six came equally as the second one did. Alikas eyes widened as he commanded his second Keyblade, the Master Seeker, to take form and join his first Key in summoning Infinity rays. Alika was out of time now. So he did what he normally did in times like these.

He ran.

Normally, Alika was faster than anyone could see thanks to the Chaos augment his body had. But in his most powerful form, Alika was fast enough to make things rise. Like the sands of Mars. Using Unlimited Speed, combined with his trademarked move of Neon Skate, Alika was fast enough to keep the constructs up long enough to form a dust devil around them to divert the attention from the soldiers. Inside of the storm, everything was fairly calm, but one step into the cyclone and it would be like walking into a speeding truck that was going downhill with no brakes. Good luck with surviving that.

"This wont hold them for long, I know it. Get out of here, all of you. I'll take care of crankypants out there. And don't worry...."

Alika jumped high into the air, his two Keys floating just outside his reach as he flew to the very top of his mile high twister. His violet aura radiated as he got higher and higher, as though the Astral Poet was becoming a true star finally.

"I'm expendable anyways."

With that, Alika started the methods to make his speedster attack: The Amethyst Drill.

He spun as fast as he could, and using the cyclone he just made to speed himself up even more, he was going much too faster that any human should be able to. Thankfully, Alika already entered his energy state of form for this to work. His power surged through the sand storm, causing it to pour through the martian sands and reflect it, making it look like he was the entire twister.

Alika guided the storm down in an arch, making it snake down and then towards his foe. The further he dived down though, the faster the Drill became. Not many people could survive a twister, but Alika figured this misty guy would just dodge it or take it on anyways.

'Really only one way to find out now.'

Meanwhile, the Keyblades that reached the very top of the twister with Alika, they never really turned to enrrgy like he did. Instead, the blades spun around with equal speeds as they slowly came down to match the cirfumfrance of the makeshift dome Alika made to surround the soldiers. They were already on their way out through the back, but it also helped that Reign and the Seeker continuously fired a swarm of Atlasphere Primes at the lesser creatures. It was as if they were both saying 'And one for you. And you. You too. Didn't forget you. I see you there, don't you worry. I got a special one for you!'

Caligo Watched as the man dash away at incredible speeds. Even though Caligo was much stronger than he was before the man's movement were almost a blur. Then came the sand tornado... lovely. Caligo's colt turned to mist and in put out his right hand towards the man and his new twister.

In a instant a flash of black Ink type wrote itself into existence, floating in the air and humming with Etheric energy and charged with particles of Blackmist.

"The Roaring dragon of thunder!"

Another two formed.

"Crackling flames of hell! Burst, smolder, incinerate in the glory of Etheric flame!"

With the end of the chant a total of five Etheric Ruins had formed. a moment later a torrent of Black and light blue flame erupted from the circles and scorched everything in front of Caligo. The wind was swallowed by the flames and the sand turned to glass. A smile of satisfaction played across his face.

"A true work of Art if I do say so myself."

With that Caligo flung his black bladed Katana Inkstroke at the glass structure with his Unbreakable Strength and it shattered into thousands of shards.

"Crackling flames of hell! Burst, smolder, incinerate in the glory of-"

Alika used his Celestial Arc to appear behind the man with a Starburst Blade in hand. "You talk too much." Alika dropped the blade as he converted it into an Atlasphere Prime and used another Arc to vanish once more before his little warhead went off at point blank range on the man.

The storm was rendered useless, which really upset Alika, as he was hoping that it would be something useful for a change. Instead, it was glass that was soon to be- oh, wait. Faith dropped a bomb on his enemy. Funny that his power was familiar to him, but at the same time, he couldn't shake the feeling that he wasn't at the same time. Then the blade he used clicked back into memory.

'Was that Inkstroke?! How the hell did this guy get that? Wait.... the chanting... those circles... they look just like what Gama used back home. Oh snap... I think this douche is him... But what is that crap around him?' Alikas thoughts went a mile a minute as he tried to find out what to do with this guy. If he was right, and this was Gama... then there was only one thing that would bring him back.

Alika reverted out of Faith Form and activated Derecho Form instead. The sound mastery would allow him to call upon one song he knew no one from his home could resist in chanting to: The Band hype song. The bass dropped as the sousaphones played that signature starter, then came in the precussion. And soon the rest of an armada of a band came into play, all continuing the melody of the song as it continued.

If there was one thing that he knew about Gama, it was that this song filled him with strength just as much as it did him.

"C0M3 47 M3, 7174N! L37'5 533 WH47 Y0U'V3 L34RN3D 7H353 P4553D F3W Y34R5! L37'5 SEE 1F Y0U R3M3MB3R DA BAND!!!" Alika shouted inside the techno-spliced voice as best he could, hoping he could still understand his girlfriends old digital lingo. Sparks flew off of him, repelling the winds and sands of the martian world as the music played and he floated slowly back to the groun with the music.

Caligo's red eye's widened As he felt the mans presence appear behind him. As he was forming the Atlasphere was forming Caligo took off like a bat out of hell, or more of a swarm of bats to be more precise. His form turned from mist to bats then they took off with unlimited speed as the sphere dropped and exploded.

"Close one."

Thats when he heard it. A deep, bass filled song that shook him to the core. He gripped his head and let out a horrible cry of pain. The mist that made up his body faded in and out, sometimes Caligo, sometimes a more human form wearing a brown and gold muscles shirt with the wording "X-ROW" imprinted on the front.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Caligo shouted in a split voice.

"I AM THE TRUE US NOW, THE MOST POWERFUL US!"

Caligo tried to summon his colt but it was two late, some how the other consciousness had been shaken awake.

"I... am.... Gama!"

The Blackmist cracked and faded till it left just a 6 foot man with a scruffy beard, shoulder length brown hair, and his black, silver, and tan outfit. His eyes rolled to the back of his head and he collapsed, still breathing, his skin steaming from the raw power of the Blackmist.
