“The universe is a vast and boundless realm, full of countless races, civilizations, and organizes of all shapes and sizes. Of the nearly infinite number of souls that exist within this universe, there are a few that have the potential for greatness: The Awakened.

Some are born into this power: a birthright passed from generation to generation. Some are preordained to this calling: chosen by powers outside of their control. Others have this power given to them: ordinary citizens until that day of reckoning when everything changes. Regardless of their origins or identify one thing is consistent: They all have the potential for power and the capacity to break through their limits.

As a new Awakened, your path begins here. Are you a royal heir destined for the adventure of a lifetime? Are you a Space Pirate searching only for fame and fortune? Are you an ordinary soul just happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time? The choice is up to you. The Universe is a vast and boundless realm, full of countless races, civilizations, and organizations of all shapes and sizes. You are but one of a nearly infinite number of souls, but this is just the beginning; The universe is full of trials and adventure, waiting for you to go out and explore. This is your awakening: Your story has just begun.”

A bright red portal opened up then seemed to have zipped shut after a- wow this douche was tall... Sorry.... (The narrator clears their throat.) Where was I? Ah yes.

It seemed to have zipped shut after incredibly tall man stepped out. He wasn't on his way to do anything aside from cleansing the cosmos of an infectious energy: Chaos. This was from the center of the universe- otherwise known as 'The Spiral-' and can and will do horrible things to anyone and anything it comes in contact with. Including the man that stepped out of that portal of Chaos.

A few months ago, Alika was only 6'3 and slouched a lot. A lot. But after being infected with Chaos, Faith was given a massive growth spurt, became slightly leaner, and his eyes turned from blue to blue-violet. His hair was as dark as ever, and he was thankful that it never changed unless he entered one of his transformations.

Alika looked around him quickly before he noticed he wasn't on the world he wanted to go to. "Is this... Mars? What happened to this place?"

The halfbreed took a few steps to see the large cities of Mars that were usually filled with people- be they human or not -running around, driving about, making noise.... But not right now. The place looked like it just had something similar to being infected with Chaos....

'But why can't I sense any? Where is the source? Surely, Mars was close enough to get a large blast as well. If not, then what did this?'

The city before him was a war zone. This place looked like it just suffered hundreds of years worth of combat that it never needed. Buildings were in shambles, most of the skyscrapers had large pieces missing from it and some were still falling over on one another. The roads had flora growing in it and some were larger in most places than other thanks to sunlight and moisture obviously.

And the more Alika looked, the more he knew that his job wasn't going to be done with a singular mission.

This was a planet after all.

Alika sighed and summoned his Keyblade, Native Reign. The long teal blade shined as if to say it was ready to work, but Alika knew that it meant something else.

"I know, Reign.... It's here somewhere. We'll find the source. But first we need to find out what's wrong here. We have a legacy to live up to."

Slowly, Alika paced his way over to the city falling on itself, and hopefully, he would find a friendly face there. The last thing he needed was an ambush right now. He finally found a nice quiet entrance to a new place.

There were many hushed voices that were quickly chatting away at the task at hand. They were no longer composed and were now one big muted roar. They seemed to come from nowhere yet were right there in from of him. Occasionally he would get the feeling that someone or something was looking at him. At this point the creature in the middle of the room felt as if he was forgotten by the hushed voices for the most part as they no longer seemed to be directed his direction.
He was now shaggy and not clean looking like he was when he first arrived and had been taken. His head hung as if he had given in, but his cage showed otherwise despite being only a few weeks in use, and there were make shift repairs to fill gaps in the various layers used to contain the creature.
As the creature looked up to look around as he got a familiar sensation, the cloaked entity stepped from the darkness. “Why do you still struggle, you must know that we have used your own energy against you? Certainly you are not so dim that you would waste what precious life you have left on something so futile?”
“Don’t make me laugh! How many iterations of this cage have you had to go through, and you can barely contain me even using my own energy to keep me contained.”, said Satalite. As he said this he knew this wasn’t true, this was helping him stay alive and energized buying his friends time to find him. He couldn’t help but wonder if that was possible if they were using his energy, he did control Time afterall. “So what new toys do you have to scratch my back with today? I have been feeling a little tight in my lower back and shoulders.”, Satalite said mockingly.
“While I enjoy your attempts to escape I am growing tired of the strain you cause me. Either give me what I seek or I will be forced to turn you inside out!”, exclaimed an aggravated silhouette. “I take it you’ve met my friends then. What’s the matter, you feeling the Titans grasp? Or are you feeling a little heavy from a little extra force pushing against you as well? Or perhaps you’re losing your sanity trying to stay in this room with me as reality twists around you and you can’t tell what is happening now or what may happen. As images flash by of places you know, and people you love crumble into nothing and this nagging sensation there is nothing you can do. Growing and growing until it consumes your entire being until there is nothing left except a pit of despair and misery knowing you can’t do anything and can’t even figure what is real and what isn’t and the paralyzing feeling of being unable to do anything.”, Satalite rattled out. Satalite had now pulled himself up within his restraints and was looking down at the silhouette that was now on the floor in a lump with despair across his face.

Gama held a guard up by his neck as Alika interrogated the guard that was now cowering on the ground.

"I'd listen to him. You're helplessly out classed. I'm not much for killing but I honestly haven't felt right as of late."

Gama's eyes dangerously flashed crimson before returning to their original ice blue. The guard Gama held choked and coughed, trying to speak. Gama dropped the man and he fell sprawled out on the floor. The guard rubbed his now bruised throat and spoke softly.

"Ok...ok we'll tell you what we know." The guard said as he pointed down the corridor.

"We're never told much but I've heard rumors that there's a max security prisoner down in the sub-levels. They are mostly labs but at the very bottom is the top secret sector, You have to have rank S clearance to even access the elevator... it has its own, the elevator with black doors." The soldier rasped.

That was all he needed to know. He dropped the man who crumbled to the ground, a hacking cough shaking him. Normally Gama was a humble and kind man, but at this moment he was an anomaly. His aura flared around him, a furious mix of light tan and and bloody crimson lights the seemed to fight for dominance. No traces of his light blue Ether energy was present, still exhausted from his fight with Cruxis and Ravage around a week ago.

"Alika, lets go."

Gama walked over to the black doored elevator and pryed the doors open with ease, then stepped in to use the tablet in his hand to hack the elevators system and take himself and Alika down.

"Yes, o' fearless leader." Alika said as he gave a mocking salute, something he did back when they were kids to show that he was still his lackadaisical self. He took a position next to Gama and followed behind at a safe distance and keeping himself armed with his Keyblade in Duality Form- the twin pistols.

He needed some look of human, even if he was six-foot-nine naturally now.

"You gonna tell me whats' got you in a tighter bunch than Re after losing a game six times in a row, or are you going to stay all melancholy on me, Gama?" Alika asked in a quiet tone so only Gama could hear if anyone was around them as they continued onward.

'Gama? Is he here?' Polaris asked using her telepathic link to Alika.

'Yeah, but something seems off about him right now. He seems.... a different kind of pissed off. It's not normal.' Alika replied silently to her.

'Hon, I don't sense him. I may be in this crystal prison, but I would still sense him and I'm not picking him up.' Polaris commented. That floored him. Alika was able to sense the individual in front of him as his brother. Everything about him confirmed it. But that his girlfriend- who just so happened to be a necromancer -couldn't sense him, then that set off every alarm inside Alika.

“I take it you’ve met my friends then. What’s the matter, you feeling the Titans grasp? Or are you feeling a little heavy from a little extra force pushing against you as well? Growing and growing until it consumes your entire being until there is nothing left except a pit of despair and misery knowing you can’t do anything and can’t even figure what is real and what isn’t and the paralyzing feeling of being unable to do anything." Satalite spat out as one of the masked doctors entered the observation rooms light, becoming visible for the Mischief Maker now.

"Sweet child, we have known that they would come for you. Did you think that we knew nothing about your friends? Non, we have been watching you grow for many years now. But the fact that we had to resort to capturing you a second time...." A hushed tone cut off the doctor. "Ah. That's right. This is a new lifetime for you. My mistake. Regardless of this form or any other you choose to take, you have been your teams aspect of Time distortion. And that is what we need right now."

The doctor began to fade back into the darkness of his room, and suddenly, the glowing yellow eyes of him and four others appeared behind him. "Your Legion will be ours, Prince Kriemhild. All of it. And there is nothing that you will be able to do about it this time."

A wicked laughter was followed as the eyes disappeared from view after what sounded to be some kind of portal opening then closing.

Rezero woke up from his slumber among his pile of alchemy books and other various magickal studies to the Omni Wing's Alarm. He sleepily smacked the snooze on his alarm clock. It took him several minutes to figure out it wasn't his alarm clock.
.
..
...

He sat bolt upright and dashed to the control room where upon he was greeted by his very annoyed A.I. system. "Ugh. Finally you wake up. A Mars colony has been attacked. Some military installation I think.. Here's the SOS they sent." The screen flashed with static before showing a grainy image of a rather injured looking man. "To anyone in range, we need immediate assistance". Explosions and yelling are heard throughout the low quality transmission "A demon thing is attacking our base and we can't stop it. Our coordinates are as follows..." Rezero reached for his for his 'world best dad defender of humanity' mug and sipped the life source known as Mountain Dew. "Ugh.. it's probably a heartless or something.. I will drop us into orbit and check it out. He swiveled his chair around and set the coordinates for the Mars base.

The Omni-Wing blazed into action surprisingly well for being in as poor a shape as it was. he'd been the only inhabitant for close to 2 years and he was not a very good maintenance technician. The ship soared through the emptiness of the solar system. It took several hours to reach the orbit of Mars, giving Rezero plenty of time to look over and contemplate on the books he was reading.

*Alert
"Familiar energy detected. Designation: Faith. It appears a Legion member has already reported to the disturbance" "Thank you Jeeves." Rezero quietly thought to himself what his friend could be doing on Mars. He hadn't seen him since he left to pursue his own journey in this universe. His thoughts distracted him all the while he walked down the hall to the hanger of the Greatsword, weaponized drop ship of the Omni-Wing. In only a few minutes the ship was plummeting toward the martian surface as fast as it could. The sword point impacted the ground hard enough to create a crater big enough to swallow a large building.

Rezero hopped out and dashed through the ruined remains of the entrance and quickly found an almost dead soldier. He knelt down near the man and told him of how he intercepted the distress message. The man croaked about how there were two intruders heading to the basement and that they shouldn't be allowed to go any further. Re looked for the main elevator and noticed it was going down. "Not good.." Rezero pressed his hand onto the metal of the elevator door and deconstructed the metal into shavings. He peered down the shaft as he decided he would jump into the darkness.

The room pulsated ever so subtly around Satalite as he remained caged against himself.

"You can quit now. Our systems are coming into perfect sync with your energy. Soon you will be our drone."

The creep was nothing but a distant song fading as Satalite heard another more powerful song that sang to him. It was like that moment on the cliffs on the icy world.

Just like then there was something he knew was there, familiar but he wasn't sure what it was. It tantilised his trained senses and mused his reason.

A vague and very bad idea was brewing in his mind. If he could get in sync with the pulses he might be able to....nah. It would never work. There's no way and any way it could happen.

------------------------------

As everyone in the room was in a frenzy around Satalite trying to stabilize the energy fields restraining that alien creature called Satalite.

As they worked their screens flickered and pulsed. Maybe the message would be sent across the network using his own power, just a small symbol.

The elevator stopped at the very last floor, the beginning of the underground complex the doors opened and Gama stepped out surveying the area when two guards stepped out from a room down the hall. One pointed his gun at Gama the shouted "freeze!" As the other ran inside and hit the alarm.

A black tendril flowed from Gama's shadow and speared through the gun and wrapped around the solders neck and tossing him against the wall on the other side of the hall.

"Oops, did I just accidentally a war? Im sorry I really need to learn to control myself better."

The other solder came out of the room only to be knocked unconscious and thrown to join the heep his friend had become.

"Welp, seems like we'll have visitors soon. We'd better.... -THUD!-"A loud thud sound came from the elevator behind them.

"The hell was that?"

Alika stepped out of the elevator just in time to see Gama 'accidentally' start another bloodbath. He let go of one of the pistols and it began to float by his side as he raked his hand theough his hair.

"Dammit, Gama. If you wanted to fight that badly, then we should have gotten Squire to join this escapade. He should be somewhere in one of the Hell Realms." He stopped himself when there was an ominous THUD behind them. The second pistol returned to his hand.

Alika then aimed both pistols at the elevator as he crouched low to a wall.

"Whatever it is..... Let's give them a warm welcome, curtosy of the Legion."

Rez wasted no time ripping open the roof of the elevator, this was never going to be a stealth mission. Whatever just got off the elevator was aware of him or deaf. Re fell through the open hole l, deconstructing the steel around him and molding it onto his skin as armor. A pair of short swords formed in his hands as he dashed forward as fast as he could muster. It was at this moment he looked up to see what he about to slice. Standing there was A faith and what could only be, by gut feeling, a Gama.. Re stumbled and rolled hitting the wall and ending flat on his ass halfway down the hall.. Puzzled, The Alchemyst sp"'oke but two words "The Fuck?"
He stood up, dusted himself off, ignored the soldier filled with holes and gushing blood. He assumed he just had a particularly bad trip.

"I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume you guys are the ones they said we're assaulting this base and that they aren't the good guys.. the alternative to that assumption means I'm here to kick y'all's asses.. and I really... REALLY.. don't need those problems.. so.. which one is it?"

Gama looked at Re with a dumbfounded look then cracked a grin.

"Its raining Re's lol. Thought you were off somewhere hiding under a rock somewhere."

Gama felt a strange powerin the air the it hit him, he could feel Satellite again.

"There you are..."

With that Gama took off like a bat outta hell. Through corridors and down stairs Gama made his way to cell and within minutes Gama stood there infront of the door.

"Well, time to introduce myself."

Gama made a fist, power pulsing through him as he hit the door full force, blowing the door to pieces before strolling in.

"Hi, im here for the party. I hope you don't mind that I crash it though."

Alika watched as Gama raced his way to who knows where then beat down a door. Literally. As quick as he could, he ran after him.

"Uhh, Gama... I don't think that was a good-" He peered in then noticed that his brother decided to pound on the observing room. "-idea. Oh crap."

In the room was no more than two dozen doctors- if they even were doctors. Each man and woman had a white lab coat on and a set of what appeared to be gas mask, save for the one nearest the windows.

"Ah. Hello, gentlemen. Good to see you're punctial, as always. Mr. Noirstep, Mr. Ritter, meet my commity. Everyone, the Legion of Chaos." The mans eyes shined gold as he turned to face them. Instantly, Alikas mind raced as he knew only one man that had eyes like that. Everything went dark as he felt nothing but rage consume him. His hair and eyes turned red instantly as Chaos flowed through his mind, body, heart, and soul.

To Alika, he saw nothing but old man Xehanort.

"WHY WON'T YOU DIE?!" In his left hand, Alika summoned the dark Keyblade itself and was on the first man in less the time it took to blink thanks to his Spliced Gangway. He plunged the Seeker deep into the man, no caring about the others around him, nor about his oath.

For this was no man. It was a monster he saw. It was a monster he remembered. Alika twisted the blade in the man and growled as his canines elongated into fangs and nails sharpened into claws. Chaos surged about him and he let it gladly.

The doctors turned in slow motion at once to see their head of staff gutted before them. Alika puled the blade out then watched the giggling man fall to his knees.

"Laugh in Hell, you psycotic bastard!"

Alika summoned Reign and transformed it to it's Ultimate Unity form, crossed the scythes about the old mans neck, then decapitated him without batting an eye as his blood splattered across the floor, him, and the window.

With his gravitational mastery, he pushed Gama out of the doorway and into the hallway then raised the door.

"YOU'RE ALL GOING TO SHARE HIS FATE!"

From the outside, nothing but screams could be heard. Screams of panic, and pleas of mercy or for help. Soon, all that was left to hear was Alika....

Laughing.
