SNOOOOOOOOOOOW

Everyone in Estonia was in shock. Some were looking at the TV for 20 hours to know what happened.

@Useless: Seriously?

Well, I asked that because of this: Anyone I've talked to online that doesn't live in the tri-state area doesn't see 9/11 as big of a deal as we do. I mean, that's understandable - I was living in Brooklyn when the towers were hit. In fact, I was on the roof of Tower 1 about 36 hours before they were attacked, my dad told me today (he said he still has my ticket to get in, I asked him to show me when he gets back from work xD). But when the topic of 9/11 came up with one friend I had in the U.K., all she said was "Wasn't that the thing with the plane crash?" or something similar to that.

I haven't been too affected by it. My dad did lose his job working in the Verizon office in Tower 2, but it's Verizon, so he was relocated somewhere else in Manhattan. I think my mom was still in school for her American degree, so she didn't lose a job. The only person that I can think of right now, though, is my girlfriend. Her favorite uncle (not a blood relative) was killed. He worked in one of the towers. She even begged him to take her to the Towers that day cuz she wanted to be with him...she still wishes she was with him. :/
