So this time were going to talk about fears.

My fears include sinking in water or sand, being in a very high place and or falling from it.

It literally makes me go crazy. Last year my fiance and I went to the towns fair and I rode some ride... hm. What was the ride? Oh! The freak out! I screamed and held on to dear life as I was spinning. It felt like I was blasting off again! After the ride I sat in the chair for a second, laughing then crying. *shudders* But I want to defeat my fear so I will do it again! :excited:

What are your fears?

Define sinking in sand....

Ahem. Anyways.

I have a ton of fears (including heights), that, or I just like to be specific. But if I can only pick a few I guess the most prominent ones are:

  • Talking to people - Anyone who knows me at all knows that I am excessively shy to the point where I won't even talk to my family. I'm just afraid that I might screw up and say something that I shouldn't have; I have a tendency to take things too far and some people hate me for it. And the events of the past two years, namely on here, have only proceeded to add to that fear. Though I am ever so slowly overcoming it, which I am rather proud of myself for, to say the least.

  • Trying new foods - I am dreadfully afraid of trying new foods. It's because of an incident in my younger years (like, 2 years old) when I got severe food poisoning and had to go to the hospital. That's just what I've been told, I don't actually remember that far back. But I guess it conditioned me away from trying new things altogether. I generally don't talk about this as it can be really embarrassing for me, but I've been getting better at it.

  • Spiders - Kinda weird to go from trying new foods and talking to people to flippin' spiders, but it's still a pretty prominent fear. I don't care how small it is, or if it's harmless, I just absolutely hate spiders. Well, I guess hate is the wrong word, I think they're pretty Awesome creatures. It's just that I would never willingly go within 100 feet of one, for two reasons. 1: Getting bitten. 2: Having them crawl all over me. Somewhat similar to the reason why I'm afraid of bees, except replace bitten with stung.

Don't play with fire, kids.
Bees.

Seriously, does ANYONE like bees? The things are nasty, and they can sting you. And half the time, they have a temper. It's like dealing with dozens of little yellow-and-black rabid raccoons. But less cute.

Bees

If you didn't want that tavern burnt you shouldn't of put it in the same continent as your players

Pain in general, and drowning to the point of (irrationally) going months without showering. It's taken years, but I'm finally getting over that second one.

On bees, if you don't screw with it, it won't screw with you. What I do is I simply become motionless until it leaves. What you really want to watch out for, though, is wasps. They hate you and everything you stand for, and they can sting you multiple times without dying.

Let's become someone else. Perhaps with more depth of character.
I've never felt comfortable on an outdoor roller coaster. Something about the falling sensation while exposed and well lit makes me exceedingly uncomfortable, regardless of the coaster's size.

I love indoor coasters though, so perhaps there's just too much physical freedom for me to be comfortable on those outside or something.

Sinking in sand would involve me being burried in it or more like quick sand I should say!

You remind me of an opposite me.

How so?

Oh, so you're afraid of sinking in quicksand, that makes more sense. Funny, I sorta have the opposite...

Honestly, quicksand is so buoyant you could never drown in it.
Unless for some odd reason you wanted to, and even then it's rather difficult.

I'm afraid of lots of things. ^^;

I'm most afraid of dying, I've kinda been close enough to it a few times by now I believe, and nobody ever figured out why exactly some of the things that happen do/did. (ie my Eye Thing, left side going completely numb, and on and on.), and by extention of my body deciding it doesn't want to cooperate anymore so I can no longer do the things I enjoy.

Dealing with people. I'm intensly shy, I don't like dealing with more then one or two people at once or I start to panic. Especially if I don't know them.

The dark, heights, deep bodies of water (because I can just see myself screwing up something somehow and then dying.)

brr--- If I sit here longer I could probably think of more, but that's probably enough...

The way you explain your personality on the forums, Hatsune.

It's kind of the opposite of how I would explain myself!
kinda reminds me of the old me.
