As long as it doesn't affect the main campaign I'm not going to throw a fuss over it. I would also like to say that I am another big spender, but I don't have any qualms at all with the DLC. In fact, I'd say it is well worth it and I believe I made a good investment.

Just making a quick post to say that I have left the guild for the benefits of another. Thus, Speedy have had his character promoted to Guild Master, and Rescla to Officer. Will these two ever come back to the game, though? I don't know. I just promoted those who would fit the role.

That being said, Vagrant Epochers guild is now being led by Retro and Speedy. Figured I would at least announce the changes than silently walking away in spite of what ghost-town of a guild we have at the moment.

OP has also been tidied up so you don't have all the useless stuff to scroll past.

Man...why couldn't the English web-site be as fancy as this one?

So hey, Retro here. Just a quick post to say I, too, will be leaving the VE guild. Yeah, as much as I'd love to run the VE guild (Since I'd technically have seniority over Speedy), the guild is, well... dead. So once I have my PC, I'll be leaving the guild, and going off with Shane, and becoming an officer his guild.

Yes, I am leaving a Guild Owner spot to take on a Guild Officer slot. Why? Because the other guild is more active (To be honest, a guild with 3 members is technically more active). Oh, and a few other reasons, which I won't bore you all with that.

Oh, and for those people wondering about the seniority thing, Shane promoted me to Guild Master LOOOONG before any of this, and the guilds work on a basis of "The person who becomes an X first will have seniority over people who become an X later"

Fairly sure I've given up.
Considering the lack of players, I'd almost think of simply disbanding the whole shebang. :/

I'd like to see more active players, but it would be a bit hypocrite of me to yell at others because nobody is playing.. Since I haven't played in awhile either. :/

Figures. I was thinking of reviving it by waiting for something big to come out, but I figured it'd take too long before anything big and worthwhile would pop up, and considering the high energy market and the general dislike for it I can't imagine anyone'd be too enthusiastic about making a return. There is nothing I could personally do to convince others to come back, so I didn't have any expectations of you guys (no offence) but just in case I figured I'd leave someone in charge to see if they had any ideas of their own, or if they believe it would just be better to disband it as Speedy suggested. Either way I won't judge regardless of your decision as I believe it is of the best intentions.

I'll still remember (or at least try) to update the thread with somewhat big and/or anticipated updates, with summaries of smaller patches that have happened since the last one. Of which, there is a Guild Hall Expansion coming up sometime this week that I'll be making a post about and such whenever it comes out. I anticipate it'll arrive either later today or tomorrow.

I think I might sign in later today, see how much things have changed since I was on last..

But, well.. my original interest in the game has sincerely dwindled. It was fun for a long while, but at some point.. eh, I'unno..

As for the guild, I guess I'd like to see it back to specs, but on the other hand, I know that it wouldn't last. We tried the same with the Eden Eternal guild, and things just.. didn't work out.

Well I looked at the last log in times of the guild members, and noticed that nearly none of them had been on the past few months, and some hadn't been on since last year!

With this, I deemed the guild officially dead, and disbanded it. Why? Because it'd be HIGHLY unlikely that the guild would be revived. It'd be easier to created a whole new guild, and invite the active people to that instead. Though I don't think you'll find any active VE members out of a guild.

(By the way, I did it BEFORE you posted Speedy. About 5 minutes before you posted actually...)

Well then! The new update is out!

But!

The post detailing the Guild Hall Expansion will come at a later date as there is a lot of ground to cover on this one, and I'd like to be as accurate and detailed as possible, so while you can still go check it out in-game (as there are a lot of open high-end guilds) my post will come a little later when I've figured out all the small details. Anyway, if you want an idea of what will be featured in the Guild Halls before I make the next post, here's an old post from Nick.

So, what exactly is the point of this post? Simple. I want to bring to attention a commemorative give-away to all Knights who log in before November 20th to celebrate the launch of the Guild Hall Expansion. By logging in you will receive an in-game mail containing some reskins of the Calibur-line and Defender-line, as well as a guild hall furniture item that can be placed for display. Though ornate and made for special occasions, the new swords and shields are still good for combat and share equipment stats with their less-ornate counterparts.

The following rewards will be granted based on Mission ranks:

Rank 1-1- to 3-2

Rank 4-1 to 6-2

Rank 7-1 to 9-4

Rank 10

Whilst I don't currently have all the information I need to make a detailed post about the expansion, have a picture displaying all of the different stands that are given out alongside the swords and shields.
