Weapons Cutter // Striker // Vile Striker // Dread Venom Striker Speeeeeeed. Flaaaaaaair. Niiiiiice. Considered the yellow Hunting variant for the visual effect but the extra damage conditional is meh. Poison is a much better to Shoot the Medic First with. Antigua // Silversix // Argent Peacemaker OR Cryotech Alchemer // Mk II // Cryo Driver // Hail Driver I'd like a Elemental weapon over a Piercing weapon for type advantage, but both together would be great. Something tells me my first choice is going to be difficult to obtain, so I can settle for the ice shooter since it's the most useful effect that can be generated with a gun. I'm not too concerned with Shadow attack since it's more effective on simpler enemies(Slimes and Gremlins) and the more annoying ones(Undead and Fiends) are resistant. That also goes for my reasoning between Radiant Sun Shards and Shivermist Buster, except RSS is also only tier 4. And it's so amazing too ;~;
Armor
Wolver Cap // Dusker Cap // Ash Tail Cap // Skolver Cap I like me my swords, and damage bonus be good. Went with the antifreeze variant for filler reasons. And visual.
Magic Cloak // Elemental Cloak // Miracle Cloak // Divine Mantle With the hat covering Normal and Piercing defense, I thought I'd round out for Elemental and Shadow. Also covers other status effects and looks badass with the hat. Seriously, they look like the same tone to me.
(Normal) // Rock // Brute // Royal Jelly Shield OR (Normal) // Boosted // Heavy // Volcanic Plate Shield Needed something to cover Stun, but I'm torn. Jelly also has protection against Piercing and Sleep, but I'm not sure if Plate's maxed defense is better. Sadly neither of these look especially good with other armor... And forget Ancient Plate, Volcanic has better stats at the same tier.
Overall coverage, kinda Red-Mage-ish. "Jack of all trades" as the saying goes, but the "master of none" may come back to bite me. Literally. Oh well, I think it looks nice.

Weapons Cutter > Striker > Vile Striker Hunting Blade > Dread Venom Striker Wild Hunting Blade Spoiler: click to toggle Baaaw, I don't wanna conform! Firotech Alchemer > Firotech Alchemer Mk II > Firo Driver > Magma Driver Low shot amount, but the bullets' ability to ricochet should make up for it. If not... Backup plan:Autogun > Needle Shot > Strike Needle > Blitz Needle
Armor Skelly Armor > Angelic Raiment* > Seraphic Mail > Valkyrie Mail
Skelly Helm > Angelic Helm > Seraphic Helm > Valkyrie Helm
Hrm... Not sure if I like the Valkyrie Helm's appearance. I might need to make a backup helm for costume reasons.
Defender > Great Defender > Mighty Defender > Aegis
Just going by what I currently have and plan to get. I might need to improve on this though down the road.

Oh, I'd be getting the Hunting Knife too, but Poison is too delicious. If I'm not mistaken, all of the elemental-Tech guns ricochet starting MkII. But can anyone explain what's going on with Prismatech? From the Wiki it looks like it behaves like the other guns but without an elemental bonus...
I forgot about costume. Possibilities open.

I'm saying the functions of the Prismatech read out the same as the other variants, but downgraded for no apparent reason since it doesn't cause a status effect. Is there something I'm missing, like Light Damage or Strong vs Undead something?
Unless you're talking about something else. Please define.

Ah. That was a general thought. I'm quite happy with how the hat and armor look together, at least in the end. I'd only maybe change the shield but there's no costume option for it and the effect matters more than the look. Maybe invest in some more armor /just/ so it looks good but I don't see myself spending that kind of time/money on that. Sorry ^^;

I had a feeling I forgot there's a topic. XP Oh well, I had a good time playing the game; however, yes the CE - require money ain't good... unless your saving up money on your cell that you haven't used like our guild leader (envy).
I did liked the game itself, with the recipe and tiers well except the materials are hard to get with a party. XD I kinda wish we get a mist energy upgrade giving +100 = 200 ME, or something similar.

So we're discussing equipment set-ups, eh. Might as well knock in my own list of Equipment.
Shidara's Equipment Chain I have done research, and found a lot of interesting combinations. However, I'm going for the Shadow-Master on the offensive. This will put me at disadvantage against Fiends and Undeads, but I'll have a great advantage against Gremlins and Slimes. List of items moved to OP. In-depth Explanations On the armour end, I'm using Divine Veil for the high Elemental and Shadow defence, and it also has moderately good Fire, Shock and Curse status resistance. The Deadshot Mantle gives high Normal and Shadow defence, giving me a ton of Shadow defence along with the Divine Veil, and adding some Normal defence to keep me on an overall safer end. It also has great Curse status resistance, which adds up to even more along with the Divine Veil. You will see why I chose to have so much Curse resistance in a little. I chose the Volcanic Plate Shield, not only for its epic looks, but also for its great stats. It has a high Normal defence, and the shield has a lot of health to take a good few hits in for me. It also gives maximum Stun and Fire status resistance, but makes me very vulnerable to Sleep. Luckily, Sleep is hard to come by, so I'm not particularly worried about it.
My weapon arsenal is filled with Shadow-based equipment, so I'll have an advantage and a disadvantage against certain types of enemies. The Gran Faust is a very powerful weapon, capable of dealing high amounts of Normal and Shadow damage, with an added bonus of causing a strong Curse status affliction with the charged attack. The charge attack creates a big, blade-bullet in front of me that prime for a moment before flinging off and exploding on impact. Unfortunately, the charged attack also has a chance of inflicting a Curse on myself, so that is why I chose to have strong Curse-resistant armour. The Dread Venom Striker is a ridiculously fast weapon, making it a lethal weapon with its high Normal damage and an added bonus of inflicting strong Poison. Its charged attack lashes out several powerful, quick slashes and knocking them back on the final hit. Due to your character standing still during this sequence makes it impractical to use, especially against multiple enemies and is best used against enemies like Lumbers who have a moment after attacking that leave them open. The Sentenza is a rapid-fire handgun that deals moderate/weak Piercing and Shadow damage, making it a little more useful against enemies from the Beast and Fiend families. It has a charged attack that shoots a spray of bullets, followed by an owl that pierces through enemies until it hits a wall or reaches the range limit, dealing 2.5X damage. The Graviton Vortex is an incredibly powerful Shadow bomb that creates a big vortex upon detonating, dealing damage to enemies that are sucked in and explodes moments after, knocking them away and dealing a lot of Shadow damage. It is very good to use against big mobs of enemies coming at you.
I'm using a costume set just for the sake of looking epic, which is the entire purpose of the costume slot in the first place. I use the Chaos Set to reflect on me being a mainly Shadow-based Knight. The Chaos Set itself, however, is incredibly risky to use as it offers naught but Elemental defence and is weak against all status elements. It is a Set that should only be considered used by Handgun users. Yeah, that is basically what I'm (aiming to) using in Spiral Knights.
And Dodgy, you should really not underestimate Gremlins. They are in fact pretty tough enemies.

Going for Wolver=>Dusker=>Ash Tail=>Skolver, both caps and coat.
I already have the materials and recipes needed, (just lacking Skolver CAP recipe) aside from the levelling. Currently levelling Dusker to upgrade it to Ash Tail, haha.
Also, going the Defender and Calibur path. Not entirely done collecting materials, though I'm already levelling for the alchemy.
As for guns.. I now have an Autogun alongside my Zapper, and am currently looking to replace my Zapper. Probably that Electric Tech gun or whatever, I dont know it's name and I have yet to run across it.. :/
