Seriously... I'm sorry, it's okay for me to play in a virtual military and shoot people in realistic settings, but oh no! play as a girl in a skimpy outfit and a questionable age and something's wrong? That's what DoA is. Hell, those same characters ran around practically clothesless in DoA Paradise? I've never played the series either, but people that don't know video games need to shut their mouths about them. Lets see... We had the Mass Effect controversy, where people were mad that you could fall in love with an alien if I'm not mistaken. And the Duke Nukem controversy, with people not even realizing that Duke is a living parody of every action movie star of the 80s. Excuse me while i put a fitting quote below From: Wizards First Rule "Wizard's First Rule: people are stupid." Richard and Kahlan frowned even more. "People are stupid; given proper motivation, almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People's heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true. People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so are all the easier to fool." |

Fairly sure I've given up.

For the love of god, guys. This is AUSTRALIA. They were once planning on an 18+ rating on Pokémon, for gods sake, and they've pretty much banned every single GTA. I'm not suprised by this at the very least. |

Accurate representation of my internet self. Don't like it? I don't aim to please you.

Sweden did the same thing to DoA: Dimensions. |

One of the articles it linked to was a sensationalist editorial. I couldn't believe what I was reading... It was like they had no idea about the concept behind the game. Do your freaking research. It's not exactly the most positive image of human females, but it's not any worse than some of the sexualization in, say, Transformers, where Megan Fox was pretty much there to look hot. |
