I choose A! Oh... wait... Ok, I'll go ahead and fill this out then.

Beak-like mask: Erm, I'm not a big fan of masks in general, so I vote nay on mask. If everyone else really wants a mask, I would vote for the hawk/eagle beak and a silver color.
Ears: No tags, human ears
Hat: I'd prefer to see your mask idea here, as a sort of helm. See my mask portion for the beak shape. The beak should sit above the brow, leaving the eyes and face visible.
Gloves: Simple black leather gloves. Fingertips unnecessary. Gauntlet of polished steel extending from wrist to elbow. All steel pieces have a design that evokes an image of an eagle spreading its wings.
Shoes: Black formal shoes with short heels. The tops of the shoes are made of black leather that winds its way around her legs and extends halfway up the calf.
Outfit (Upperbody): A completely impractical and midriff-baring breastplate of steel so polished that one could see their reflection in it. A red cloak extends from the shoulders to just above the ankles. All steel pieces have a design that evokes an image of an eagle spreading its wings.
Outfit (Lowerbody): Short black trousers that only come halfway down the thigh, covered by leg guards that extend to the knee. These guards are made of polished steel, like the breastplate. All steel pieces have a design that evokes an image of an eagle spreading its wings.

There we go. Made up on the spot, so there may be things that seem weird about it. -shrug-

I don't know why but some parts of this post makes me think of Lightning from FFXIII...

Lots of them seem similar to her FF13-2 outfit, now that I look back on it... just a tiny bit smexier.

Confirmed for doki-doki tier.
Cyil is pronounced "Ss-iLL"
It's actually really simple.
I was debating on a few pronunciations, but that sounded more interesting.
There's always: "Seal", "Z-iLL" and "See-eL"

Beak-like mask: I personally feel this should be moved to the "Hat" section.

Ears: Three earrings on each ear.
One of a Crescent Moon.
One of a Sun (Similar to the "Bravery Crest" from Digimon).
One of an phoenix's wing, outspread.

Hat: I believe the mask should go here.
Though not covering her face. It should rest at an angle on her head.
The resemblance should be that of a Phoenix, to symbolize "Rebirth"

Gloves: Three rings on each hand.
Simple silver/white gold rings with inscriptions (Up to debate) on them.
Middle-Ring-Pinky.
She should also have some type of wrist guards.
Something "Phoenixy" ya'know?

Shoes: Long boots, with metal plating shaped like Rising Phoenix wings.
Something pretty simple, shoes are pretty simple things, right?

Outfit (Upperbody): A simple long "tank-top" like blouse, with two outspread Phoenix wings on the back.
Metal shoulder guards like those found on lightweight armor Inscribed with the Phoenix Wing insignia, along with metal upper arm guards.

Outfit (Lowerbody): Comfortably tight fitting Jean-like pants.
Metal knee-guards with the Phoenix wing insignia on them.
Shin-guards that go over her boots.
I mean, who wants to tie up shoes now-a-days?

As a visual reference, her top/bottom should resemble X-23 outfit in Marvel Vs. Capcom 3.
Remember, I said a long tank-top. She doesn't have to show anywhere near as much skin as Laura.
The way I look at it~It should be lightweight, and extremely easy to move in.
I've always favored immense speed over anything else.

As for colours. The usual "Rebirth" or "Phoenix" colour scheme is what I had in mind.
White-gold or silver for everything metallic, and a light-orange, yellow and simple red in other places.

Kay this is gonna take a sec.
I've been thinking of this for a bit~
I'll edit this post once I'm finished typing it up.
I thought it looked like "Sigh-ill" myself.

Actually, the reason why the masks are seperated from the hats is because the masks defy the laws of gravity, and are stuck to the Valkies faces like that.

However, depending on the designs by people here, it might count as a half-hat, I suppose.

In related news, like JBRam said, I thought 'Sigh-ill' myself. X3
