Oh yeah, there's more. Two parts more. M-Maybe three... O_oU Just to let you know, I like being descriptive. I was once told to write a short story for a test in fifth grade. I was given half a page. I filled up that half page the back of the page, and another half of a page ^^;; So, uh, it looked alright to you? Because I do admit that this isn't my best work... |

A wild second part appeared! Wheatley Joins the Team: Part 2 "Well hello there, everyone." I walked into the room, holding Wheatley behind my back. Everyone was there, waiting—Kirby, Magolor, Meta Knight, Marx, King Dedede, Waddle Dee, Duncan, Gwen, Aerolyn, Dom, Enelya, and Enderlass. The whole family. "Waddya need us for, lady?" Marx asked, irritated. "We've been waiting for like half an hour." Magolor saw I was holding something behind my back. "So, what's this 'Surprise' you had for us, Julia?" I grinned. "A new addition to the family," Kirby perked up immediately. "Really?! Who is it? What game are they from? Are they from a TV show? Is it another person you made up? Tell me tell me tell me!" I laughed. "Calm down, Kirby!" Meta Knight's eyes flashed red, but he kept looking at me. "Say hello..." I pulled Wheatley out from behind my back. "to Wheatley!" "'Ello!" he shouted, giving the best happy face he could. Kirby squealed happily. Magolor gasped at the sight of an robotic character; in awe, he said, "Intriguing..." Meta Knight's eyes trailed to the ground, slowly turning green. He must have been thinking. Marx scoffed and laughed. King Dedede just looked at Wheatley, silently. Waddle Dee smiled. Duncan and Gwen said at the same time, "Awesome!" Aero burst out laughing, then grinned at the little core. Dom laughed with Aero. Enelya looked at Wheatley, confused. Enderlass looked at him blankly, and backed up a bit. "So, erm... 'ello there. My name is Wheatley. I guess I'll be joining you all today." the robot in my hands said. "Anyone have any questions for little ol' Wheatley?" "Can you walk on your own?" Kirby asked eagerly. "Well, little pink, thing, no I can't, for as you see, I have no legs. Or... Feet, in your case." Enderlass uttered shyly, "Wh-What game are you from?" "Well, luv, I'm from Portal 2, I am! Proud of it, too." Aero folded her arms and asked, "How long do you think your fame will last, 'Lil' ol' Wheatley'?" She mocked his accent. The robot chuckled and brought the top and bottom handles slightly over his face. "I dunno. I mean, bloody hell, I've got a thirteen year old drawing me. I wanna think at least another few years or so." I smiled happily. Everyone continued to aske him questions, and were glad that Wheatley was here. Well, all except for... "Meta Knight, any questions you would like to ask our new friend here?" I asked cooly, interrupting everybody else. Meta glared up at me, and without hesitation said, "When was the last time someone trusted you, Wheatley? Answer honestly." Wheatley cringed and backed up into my arms a bit. "I, erm... I don't like talking about that." He looked at the ground sadly. "Oh no, do tell us. You are our friend, aren't you? All of our friends know each others backgrounds..." Magolor and I exchanged looks. No we don't... Wheatley glared at Meta. "You're good, mate. But I don't like talking about it." "Tell us," "I'd rather not," "Tell us," "I don't want to," I tried to intervene. "Meta, c-cut it—" "Stay out of it, Julia," the two said at the same time. Then they exchanged looks of hatred. "Wheatley. Who was the last person who trusted you?!" "Bloody hell, mate, lay off!" "M-Mety—" Kirby tried to stop Meta Knight from arguing, but instead, the knight pushed the kid away. "Kirby, I don't want you involved in this, alright?" "Would ya look at that!" Wheatley optic looked almost sarcastic, but his voice was dripping with sarcasm. "The ol' knight has feelings. How surprising." "Guys. Cut it out." I demanded. "This has gone too far, Meta Knight." Magolor tried to tell him. "I like your style, robot," Marx began, "but you're taking it too far. It's not fun when the troll gets mad too." "How dare you..." The puffball knight's fists shook at his sides, ignoring everyone's complaints to stop. "You moron." I felt Wheatley shake vigorously with anger. "Wheatley, man, calm down... He's the moron, remember? He's the moron, not y—" The personality core shoved itself out of my arms, the handles cutting my right forearm. I cried out in pain, gripping my scratched arm. "Wheatley!" I yelled, stomping my foot on the ground furiously. But the robot was already on Meta Knight, trying to fight him. Meta struggled to keep Wheatley off of him. "Y-You take it back! I am not! A! MORON!" He ripped Meta Knight's mask off. The knight gasped in alarm and wrapped his cape over his face. He snatched the mask from the floor and fled the room. Everyone went silent. I glared down at the small robot. Picking him up by the handles, ignoring his shouts of pain, I carried him out of the room. ••••••••• Marx started laughing after Julia and Wheatley left. "That was priceless!" he cackled. "Meta Knight got what was coming to hi–OW!" Magolor punched him in the side. "That... Escalated quickly." said Gwen, hesitantly. Looking around, Enderlass quietly said, "I-I wonder why Meta was asking who trusted him last..." "Nothing from Portal can ever be completely good... Mety was probably just testing him..." Aero clenched her fists. "I should have known," "B-But, Magolor?" Tugging on the technician's coat, Kirby asked, "Can't we give Wheatie a second chance? Mety was saying Wheatie had to answer that question, but it made him sad... No one likes being sad... We gave you and Marx a second chance. If he did something bad, shouldn't he get another chance?" The pink puffball gave an innocent smile. "Little guy," Duncan said, "I think this is a little different. His game is rated Teen, I'm pretty sure. Once a villain, always a villain." "How do you know if—" "Kirby, it's obvious he's a villain," Duncan rolled his eyes. Magolor was suddenly hugged by the small puffball. He heard Kirby sniffling. Not knowing how to react, Magolor patted the kid's head. "Umm... There there...?" ••••••••• I grabbed Meta Knight's hand, causing him to drop his mask.He twisted around, looked up, and saw I was holding Wheatley. He was about to say something, but I cut him off. "You're coming with us. Now." I demanded in a harsh voice. "Do what she says! She's MAD I tell ya!" "She's not mad!" Meta Knight shouted at the robot. He struggled to get at Wheatley, but he suddenly stopped, his eyes catching sight of my arm. "Julia... Your arm... What happened?" I glanced down at my cut right arm, the one that was holding Meta Knight's hand. "Nothing," I replied sharply. "You're coming with us." I repeated, beginning to drag him along. "B-But my mask!" I took out some dialogue and fixed some other mistakes. Is missing these edits a good thing or a bad thing? |

Enderlass the Dragon The little dragon, Enderlass, had wandered into one of the many peaceful jungles of Minecraftia. She had been away from her home and subjects, the Ender People. Her father, the Ender Dragon, ruled over all of the Ender People. Enderlass simply helped rule over them. Tired of her life in The End, she decided to go to the surface while the others were asleep. Here she was, sitting on a towering jungle tree in the moonlinght. She stretched out her wings and smiled a little, closing her unusual, bright green eyes. It was quaint up here. No sounds of the garbled Ender-speak, no picking up of surrounding blocks. Simply peaceful quiet. Opening her eyes again, Enderlass looked towards the East, where the sun had just barely hit the horizon. Day was coming. The light from the rising sun had revealed something that previously had been shrouded in the black of night. A small village. Curiously, the dragon stretched out her small black wings. She took flight. Quickly, the sun came up and the village grew closer. Enderlass gracefully landed on a chiseled-stone street. Everything was quiet, implying that all of the inhabitants were still asleep. She walked on all fours, cautiously looking around for anyone. These people probably didn’t know Ender-speak, so she wouldn’t be able to communicate. All sorts of different buildings surrounded the small dragon. This told her that several different people lived here. Speak of the living—a door opened behind Enderlass. She froze. A shout rang out in a language she didn’t understand. The Ender Dragon spun around to see a human boy of about the age of 12, yelling. He had blue hair and a blue tie. When he caught her looking at him, he cried out and ran back inside the house. Quickly, she scampered off through the streets, but a tall man in a lab coat and a black and white mask stopped her as she was about to turn a corner. All sorts of humanoid creatures surrounded Enderlass. She shrunk into a corner, afraid of what they might do. When the creatures saw that she did not attack , they gradually began to quietly converse in that language. Eventually, they all nodded. The man in the mask shouted over his shoulder, which summoned the boy with blue hair. He gestured toward Enderlass and said something. Enderlass looked at the boy, and he looked back at her for a split second before the man shielded the boy’s eyes, scolding him. The blue-haired boy nodded. He took the masksed-man’s hand off of his face, and then approached Enderlass. She backed up further into the corner and whimpered in Ender-speak, “Please don’t hurt me…” He hesitated as she spoke, seeming a bit frightened by the horrifying sound. But he then picked up Enderlass with ease. She felt strangely comfortable all of a sudden. The boy looked down at her and hesitantly patted the dragon’s head. Enderlass took this time to survey all of the people. A bunny girl looked at the boy and the dragon, giggling a little. Way in the back of the crowd she saw another, much larger dragon sipping a cup of tea. Now at the feet of the 12-year-old stood yet another dragon, this one blue and about the same size as Enderlass, wearing an orange vest. It looked up at Enderlass, backed away cautiously, back into the crowd. A second man with only half of a mask over his face walked over to the other fully masked man. He whispered something in his ear. The other nodded. He shouted at the boy, causing him to flinch. He pointed back towards the house that the boy had come out of. Nodding, the boy carried Enderlass back to his house. He set her down on the floor, which was all the color blue. He sat down across from her and looked at the floor. Brushing the blue hair out of his face, he looked up at the dragon. She looked back. They locked eyes. Big Ender Dragon had always warned little Ender Dragon of this. If she locked eyes with anything other than an Ender Person, she would go on a crazy rampage and kill it. But it didn’t happen. She simply looked into his bright blue eyes curiously. He looked away suddenly, seeming confused. Maybe he had been told the same thing. Except for if he looked straight at an Enderman, he would be killed. After clearing his throat and catching her attention, the boy looked at her again. He put a hand on his chest, and said slowly, “Hatsune… Candy…” Then he pointed at her. He must want me to repeat him, she thought. She looked at him and shakily said in this alien language, “Hats… Oon-ay… Cnady…” she put a dragon paw over her snout, realizing that she had said the last part wrong. But the boy simply laughed, saying something in his language. Then he stopped, and rubbed the back of his neck, realizing Enderlass couldn’t understand him. Enderlass decided that he could repeat her name in her language if she could repeat his. She put a paw on her chest and said, “Enderlass.” She supposed it would sound the same in Candy's language as it did in Ender-speak. “End… Enderlass?” he said quizzically. She smiled and nodded. Candy smiled. With a shaking hand, he reached out to Enderlass’s scaly face. He scratched behind her ear a little, making her smile and relax. Candy giggled. ---------- Enderlass stayed in Candy’s house for over four months. Gradually she learned his language, which she soon found out was called English. She learned to speak it. She was a bit shaky, but she could do it. Eventually the little dragon made friends with the other two dragons that she had met. They loved to play and they were great friends. The man in the mask, who she found out was named Retro, had planned to dissect her, but Candy had defended the little dragon. Living with Candy was great. There was plenty of food, plenty of warmth, and a nice, snuggly bed all to herself. Back in The End she had had to sleep on the cold hard End Stone, and occasionally on her father’s back. A few times, Enderlass had broken down crying about missing her people and her father, but Candy had talked her out of leaving to go back. He told her that he’d miss her deeply. Enderlass agreed that she’d miss him too, just as deeply. This started a deeper bond, far greater than friendship. They had started to fall in love. Hatsune Candy and Enderlass spent every minute of every day with each other, visiting the other dragons, visiting this one teenager who apparently represented all of the earth. His name was Gaia, and he was very friendly, but a bit stoic. His sister, Cloud, had a bunch of pent-up energy, and was constantly bubbly. A wolf, which represented Amaterasu, always played with Enderlass when she was a little dragon. He loved to be friendly and keep her company when Candy was not around. One day, almost two years later, Candy confessed his love to Enderlass. He specifically said, “You may be a dragon, and I may be just a human, but I promise you that I love you just as much as I could love another human.” Enderlass had burst into tears and hugged him, putting her wings up around them and hugging him with them too. She confessed her love to Candy also, sobbing with tears of joy. But they did not know that this would mean the end… Nearby, an Enderman had stolen a block of dirt from a wall. He looked over and saw the dragon and the human, hugging and crying. The Enderman teleported closer and eavesdropped, knowing that this had been the Ender Dragon’s daughter that had left many years ago. When hearing that she had fallen in love with a human, he teleported straight back to The End. He told the Ender Dragon king that his daughter had been found, but she was in love with a human. The king was enraged. “How dare she fall in love with one of their kind!” he roared. He stormed out of The End and flew to the fabled village from where the Enderman had come. He looked down upon the couple, his daughter and Hatsune Candy, lying in the same bed together. He roared mightily, smashing through the glass and grabbing Enderlass. She screeched, trying to get away, but it was too late. The Ender Dragon threw her a great distance into a lake. Candy cried out and ran after her. This was terrible. Ender Dragons were hurt by water. He ran to her in the lake, grabbing her and dragging her out. The soaked Enderlass looked at her true love. She put a paw on his face and smiled wearily. She whispered, “I’m sorry. I love you…” With that, Enderlass passed on. Hatsune Candy shook his head. He shook it vigorously. “No no no!” he shouted. The boy cried over her body, weeping for his lost love. Way up above, in the heavens of Jar, Minecraftia’s God, Notch, looked down upon this scene. He frowned upon the Ender Dragon, teleporting him back to The End where he was forever chained to a rock, unable to harm anyone else. As for Enderlass, he sent himself down to Candy and his love as a human. He looked at Candy woefully, not saying anything. Carefully, he picked up the dragon and tossed her into the sky. There, she forever became a constellation, always looking down at the village, where Candy could always see her. This is a project for my science class. Yes, science. Not English. We're learning about constelations and the myths behind them so we know why they are where they are in the sky. We had to make up our own constelation and make our own myth to go along with it. So, I hope you enjoy! Some of you are in here! I couldn't really fit everyone sadly enough. If you don't wanna be included, and you're in here, just PM me and I'll make the edits. Oh yes, and for Enderlass's speech: Enderspeak: Black and bold English: Green and normal Edited by AeroA113, Jan 21 2013, 04:29 PM.
