The official deadline for Summer Downtime is Sunday, August 28th. It must be submitted via email or facebook message to either myself or Adam Hughes. Over the Summer, Falcons have been spotted on the bawn, watching carefully. The Particularly stormy weather is said to be caused by Grandfather Thunder, who is it rumored was gravely insulted at the Grand Moot. Seers and Prophets have seen nothing but terrible flames in there visions. The Silver Fang tribe has continued its aggressive campaign, with numerous glorious victories against the Black Spiral Dancers. Internal Turmoil, supposed due to the Silver Fangs, continues to trouble to Shadowlords. "When you stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back into you." - Friedrich Nietzsche |

ATTENTION ALL PLAYERS: Please Respond ASAP with your characters actions to the following information. Failure to do so will result in Staff defaulting your character to performing as the Sept's Elders (PCs) decide. Please respond by Facebook Message or Direct Email to either myself or Adam Hughes. --- RUMORS: The Garou nation is on the edge of Civil War; The Shadowlords seem to be plotting an overthrow of the Silver Fangs and the Garou King. Many tribes seem to be distancing themselves from their shadow-oriented kin. Some say that the Glass Walkers have quietly decided to remove themselves from such political discussions, and other discuss the weakness of the Child of Gaea tribe, and its inability to see the evil that lies at the heart of the Lords of Darkness. The dwindled tribe of the Red Talons seems to have found a greater place within the Nation, as Silver Fang leadership seems to agree more and more with the ideas of the Talons. The deaths of numerous elders of various Tribes has rocked the Nation. Many appear to be assassinations. Particularly, the death of Bares the Wisdom, the Legendary Child of Gaea Theurge and prophet, has been a terrible blow. His last words are now rumored to carry power, and many believe to be the fortelling of the Apocalypse: "The weight that rests of the shoulders of Gaea has become too great. It digs into her, and her blood seaps from these wounds. Infection has run its course, and for decades we have heard her coughing, seen the bleeding, and done so little as to be nothing. The world will die, and be embraced in the black eternity beyond." The numbers of bane all over the world seems to have grown by leaps and bounds. Even more disturbing, large and powerful banes seem to be more prolific and better coordinated than in the past. The Silver Fang Tribe continues is relentless Crusade against the Wyrm, focusing on the Black Spiral Dancers. Many Hives have been destroyed, and packs of the corrupted scattered to the four winds. The Sept of the Last Breath, fallen from the Get of Fenris to the Black Spirals, has been recaptured by the Silver Fangs. Led by the Athro Philodox Marcus Silvermane, Glorious battle has returned the sept to the hands of Gaean garou. Some Fenrir speak amazed at the combat prowess of the Silver Fang tribe, and its incredible leadership ability. Many Fenrir step in line as faithful warriors of Gaea under Silver Fang Leadership. Hours before Game begins on the 8th of August: The Sky turns dark grey, shimmering with feathers. The Howl of War is heard for miles and miles. From various tree lines and cover, just outside the Bawn. From the mighty voice of an unknown Silver Fang Galliard, fur pristling like the anathama metal, the howl sounds: "Hold and Listen, Betrayers of Gaea! The Sept of Veiled Reflections has been judged and deemed too Tainted to allow to further exist. All of its members shall heel for mortal punishment. Life Giver and Crashes the Party shall report immediately for special, ritual punishment. Long Live King Albrecht! Long Live Queen Tamara! Long Live Mother Gaea!" Hundreds of Crinos forms appear, stepping out from cover or appearing from thin air. Tattooes, Klaives, and silver fur adorn these warriors for Gaea. Thet howl in unison, and a strange thickness permeates the air, and the hairs of those in the Sept of Veiled Reflections rise on end. War calls. The Rage Grows. The Garou attack. In the Umbra, vast sums of Storm Crows and Falcons clash in the skys. Various bolts of thunder and lightning rain down on the silver intruders. Powerful, mighty falcon spirits bite into and destroy storm crows. Earth Elementals rise out of the ground to the defense of the Caern, only to be forced to turn on one another by the Cunning Silver Fang Theurges. Strange factions and forces arrive, fighting for both sides, or for other reasons unknown. What do you Do? |
