It is very true. The importance of health and safety training is getting increasingly crucial day after day. Lots of competition is there among companies. They concentrate more on the output rather than on the creating company health and safety policies. As a result, in pressure to give more output they make their employees and workers skip some basic safety precautions. Hence, accidents are bound to happen in those companies.
