Shawn tried to stand up, but the broken rib seemed to be in such a way to cause as much pain as possably at every movment. He fell to the ground. He tried again, and was able to stand, as long as Claira supported him. "Oh no, I just feel like I got a broken rib, that is all." He found his sword, retrieved it, then sheathed it.

"I can fix dat fo ya, mon. Da elements not jut fo fightin'!" Kutaka skipped over to Shawn. She gently lay her hands on Shawn's chest and called for the Spirit of Life. It heeded her, having the grass beneath them depart with its life. The troll gave her thanks as her hands begin to glow green then disappear in a bubble of swirling shades of green. Then, they appeared as the bubble dispersed into Shawn's being.

Shawn took a cautious breath, testing his chest. He felt for the broken rib, but it was fine. "Thank you...
"He turned towards the bandits still live. He noted the one he slashed in the leg, still alive. He walked over. The bandit looked at him from the ground. "Well, finish it." Shawn stood there. "What are you waiting for?" Bandit said.. Shawn walked over to his supply stash, and tossed a bag containing food, and medical supplies. "I plan on letting you leave, on a condition." He pulled the bandit up to himself, and whispered a few words into his ears. "Do you find that favorable?" Shawn said. "Y-Yes..." Replayed the bandit. He got up, a limped over to his fellow comrades, waking them up, and they prepared to leave.

Rahklar grabbed the severed head of their ringleader, staring menacingly at the bandits as they woke up and prepared to leave. He was acting as an enforcement, although he had no idea what Shawn had told them. The warrior thought it best to look as mean as he possibly could to ensure they left.
Kutaka tiptoed over to Shawn, leaning in to whisper something into his ear.
"Psst, what did ya tell dem?"

Shawn Stared at the bandits as they left. He was rather quite about it. "I told him that by my code, he has no honor, attacking left and right. I suggested a change of profession, as if I seen him as a bandit again, I would kill him." He turned toward the orc. "I must give you my thanks, you saved us there. My name is Shawn Amberson." Claira clenched tightly to Shawn's knee, staring at the orc.

"Nothing at all. Bandits have earned their spot on my bad side as is." Rahklar replied. He noticed the little girl hiding behind Shawn, clutching his legs. Rahklar reached underneath his cloak and pulled out a little doll. The massive orc got on one of his knees, holding the doll in one hand out towards Claira. "Here, take it."
He had received this on one of his travels, given to him by some peasant child as thanks for a full meal.

Claira slowly let go of Shawns leg, and quickly took the doll and inspected it. After a minute, she hugged the doll tightly, and in a small voice, said "Th- th- thank you..." Shawn looked at Claira, and then Rahklar, and he then held out his hand. "Thank you, Rahklar."

The warrior got to his feet, grasping Shawn's hand with his own.
"Well, we must be returning back to camp. Morgrom is probably throwing a fit already with you gone for so long, Kutaka."
Rahklar stepped aside for Kutaka to say her departing words.
"You two becareful. Dere be mo' lands dangerous den dis." She hugged Shawn then Claira. With a wave, she departed with Rahklar. Whether or not they would ever cross paths again was unknown to them.

Claira stood out, and waved to them as the passed into the darkness. Shawn packed up the camp, labeling the spot "Discovered now and forever" They would later cross into the western plains. Before moving out the next day, Shawn look out into the area the orc and troll left by, wondering what will become of them. He left, Claira behind, holding the doll, that Rahklar gave her.
