lol My gawd, you''ll all think I'm a walking museum when I tell you MY age ;-). I'm 37 I've been programming since I was 7 (back in 1975, few months before I hit 8 lol)...I've seen all the micro computer industry begin, including the internet and well I think it gives me a unique perspective on why things are the way they are today :-).

I've been doing HTML/DHTML/XHTML, XML/XSL, ASP, JSP, JavaScript and VBScript, Java, PHP, Pearl/CGI, Ruby, Python along with a couple other web related scripting/compilable languages.

I also know all databases known to man (well close to it lol). DBase III, IV, V, Clipper, Paradox, Foxpro, Clarion Database Developer, Superbase, 1+1=3 Integrated, flexbase, Access, SQL Server, PostGres, Ingres, Oracle, Sybase, DB2 and more that I can't think of right now ;-).

Programming languages? indeed I know those too ;-). C, C++, Pascal, Delphi, VB, QB, PowerBasic (all BASIC dialiects really lol), Ada, Modula, Fortran, COBOL, AP/L, ALGOL, PL/1 and PL/2, Oberon, (some assembler, not enough for my taste lol) 4GL, and the list goes on and on :-)

What can I say, 30 years (alomost, couple months to go), in the industry gives you that kind of background :-). I also know many devleopment tools as well, like UML and other development tools and utilities. I knwo Standard, Client/Server, N-Tier architectures, CORBA distributed design, blah blah blah :-).....

When you start in this industry don't ever think you know it all. always gotta learn and know well whatever comes out :-).
