Simple Logo Designs

Making a logo in Paint Shop pro may seem like a very tedious and difficult task, but by using the Mesh Warp tool you can easily create a custom, professional logo using nothing but a simple preset shape.

The first thing you need to do is open up a new document. The size doesn't matter, but you should make it big enough to hold the logo you want to make. Open the Preset Shapes tool either by clicking on the menu icon or by pressing the letter P on your keyboard. Draw out a nice shape on the blank document. I used Gear 2 for mine, but many others work. I suggest using a shape that is identical on all sides, like a gear, circle, square, flower, nut or other similar shape.

Now that you have your logo set on the page click on the Deform icon on the menu or press D. Once the deform tool is highlighted on your menu click on the small arrow next to it and a menu should pop up. There should be a few options. Click on Mesh Warp. Now simply start dragging the corners in different directions until you get what you want. Remember to use the Undo tool to go back if you mess up. My final result is below.
