A truly great band, Avenged Sevenfold has been a long time favorite of mine. If anyone else has heard them you know their intense guitar sets and hardcore sound make them a great band. their name is based upon God's biblical punishment of Cain hwen he murdered his brother, though the band is the least bit religious.
