heh thats awesome. Hopefully by the time Ive saved up enough (and when im entering uni), they'll have g5 processors in the laptops. Though they'd probably eat battery life up quick and cause them to become hot. I hope they continue the ibook line. I'm currently using programs my mums friend gave me, so I dont want to earn money with them or use them at all. Thats why I've discontinued most of my work. Some of the newer programs (creative suite and studio 8) are compatible with both mac and pc, so id be keeping an eye out for them. I really have to go into the apple store and try them out, ive only ever touched them >.>. Well the specs on both the powerbook and ibook look reasonable. Im not really looking for a desktop computer because I often have to move place to place. Im not too keen on the aluminium exterior of the powerbook. Well I hope my experience with mac is a good one. They certainly seem to promote workflow with its simplicity and operating system. |
