"Hmph, so somebody's already looking for me. Time to get to work I guess..." Itachi stood from his crouching position. The wind was strong and the shouts of distant Genin could be heard in the distance. The trees blew every which way, it'd be almost impossible to find someone in them now. A sudden noise, the sound of a snapping branch, alerted Itachi as he readied himself for an attack. He quickly reached into a small bag, drawing a retracted Fuuma Shuriken (Evil Wind Throwing Star). As he swung his arm towards the skyt he blade ssuddenly popped to life. The star took off towards its target high above the trees. Branches came down all around as the blade finally cleared a path. Without warning a second was sent after it. Itachi could now sense his pursuers Chakra, pulsating through his footsteps. This Shuriken would be right on target, he thought. Just as the pursuer jumped across the opening in the trees the Shuriken zoomed ahead of him. Surely he was dead, nobody could survive a direct hit from a Fuuma Shuriken... "Well, that takes care of that..." Without a second thought Itachi took off once again, this time heading towards the main entrance to the forrest. |
