VB.NET has different syntax (coding) than its older brother VB6. 2. "Since VB6 is older that makes VB.NET better, right?" Not exactly, personally I think VB6 has easier syntax to code and recognize than VB.NET, however I use VB.NET because its much more powerful and gets things done in less time, VB.NET has many features such as regions (expand and collapse sections), IntelliSense which makes coding easier. I also enjoy coding VB.NET simply because of the new interface. I could easily say VB6 is better or VB.NET is better, they both have their downfalls. All tutorials you see in this forum are bug free, and do exactly as purposed.
