1. "What are VB.NET and VB6, and what makes them so different?" VB.NET has different syntax (coding) than its older brother VB6. 2. "Since VB6 is older that makes VB.NET better, right?" Not exactly, personally I think VB6 has easier syntax to code and recognize than VB.NET, however I use VB.NET because its much more powerful and gets things done in less time, VB.NET has many features such as regions (expand and collapse sections), IntelliSense which makes coding easier. I also enjoy coding VB.NET simply because of the new interface. I could easily say VB6 is better or VB.NET is better, they both have their downfalls. All tutorials you see in this forum are bug free, and do exactly as purposed. |
