 will you set up a programmers forum with sub forums like PHP and CGI and tutorials for those languages?

ps. i need those forums for my sake but i would have a lot of tutorials to contribute for PHP

 no, sorry. Currently there aren't enough programmers, so I have no reason to start a special forum for it. Put your tutorials in the regular tutorial area and if more people start to support it then I'll create it. There is already a coding forum.
