I really dont care how old who is as long as everything is how it should be... meaning I get the money when this job is completed lol. I hope I dont offend anyone but I have had VERY bad experiences with 12 to 14 year old kids. As in, they wouldnt listen to a word I said, and couldnt follow the simplest of directions. Also, respect is something I am big on. I respect those who respect me. If they dont, they dont deserve my time and effort.

Its then up to that person to decide what they want to do with that one chance. I respect everyone, and the work they do, until that person does something that makes me no longer respect them.
