Dedicated Member Posts: 512 Group: Admin Member #50 Joined: March 6, 2005	As you probably don't know, I'm a member of a hacking site, were you can legally test your hacking abilities. I was wondering if anyone knew about DEFCON '05. Its a hacking convention were hackers and hacker wannabes come to lecture, share stories, and give tips, from all over the world. This year DEFCON was held in Las Vegas, Nevada. This whole convention is held by the notorius hacking group, the G00ns. So, did anyone go?

Hacking is the art of taking apart and rebuilding physical items. Cracking is the bad one. so, now that that's cleared up, no I didn't go. I wanted to but didn't have the time. And I'm also a member of a very popular hacking website. And DEFCON isn't hosted by the G00ns. This is just a rumor. here are some pictures from the website I visit, hackaday.com.
