well, what web design related projects are you working on at the current itme. I don't mean right this instant, just your current stuff. It should be interesting to see what the designers here are up to my current project list is: That's The Cut - data management and submission, no design involved Allen and Echemendia, PA - making sample designs Pixel2Life / Twodded - working with Jay on a secret Twodded project, not telling anything else |

After making a decision on a good name, everythings finally coming back together for me. currently, I am: -designing my portfolio site -creating a mock up of a site I'm making for my parents' business, though that hasnt been worked on for a while now. -Project Hybrid: a small community offering fun and useful things (ie. icons, backgrounds, etc.). This will be somewhat used as a promotional device to display my 'qualifications'. Not much else has been decided. The problem with doing something for your parents, is that they expect the best from you, for free. I might end up scrapping that project. |

why don't you make Project Hybrid a part of the Abstracted.View community. Yes, that's right, I plan on having sub websites for AV. So far it is just Abstracted.View and Textonic, but I hope to expand |

I'll definately think about it. Project Hybrid is a sort of 'code name'. Its still in the early stages of production and not much thought has been put into it yet. At the moment, I rely on free hosting from one of my contacts, but because that will more than likely be taken by my portfolio site, I'll probably have to resort to some other free hosting such has brave net. |

if you put this project into the AV community I'll provide you with free hosting for it. and it's garaunteed to never crash, unless we end up with hundreds of thousands of hits a month. |

I myself have several projects in the works... none really are even close to finished as I am waiting for new computer to arrive to really start heavy work with them... -Zuplaplah: A huge art piece that is very abstract and I am thinking of mixing tons of different art types into it. Going to be made to be printed at either 40x30 or 30x20 so I am planning a lot for it. Hope it to be done perfectly by mid-november. -Teki Arts: A company I kinda started awhile ago, haven't made much money off it. Currently I am working on final logo and a mock site. Not great at web developement (great at designs but suck at coding). My "company" is a design company but I also do movie production (Which includes but not lmited to: shooting, editing, & publishing). -Unkown title: a collab project with a fellow deviant artist. Nothing much I can really say at this moment except it is very early in development and that it will be vector art. -ComptechResources.net: Building a site for my dad's business, not good at coding so this is pretty much at a stale mate. -The Happy Clown; Another art piece, had the idea for months but still haven't gotten around to really starting this piece. -War-torn Heart Project: A movie Script I have been working on for several years on and off... Lost all my data a couple of months ago by encrypting it and forgeting the password. I Remembered everything almost so its just time I need to restart writing it. I also have much more planned for this project which includes(but not limited to): A game tie-in, several sequels to finish the epic story I have planned, Art pieces galore... My true master project, like star wars is to Lucas. -Code-Name:Doda & Flopo: A character creation project I have been doing. Will feature characters and media (comics and art pieces) that come from this. I also wish to maybe make a flash comic from this, but that alone would take a long time and I still can't code good in flash. -Learning pixel art, coding, and flash creation (Well coding in flash as I know how to do everything basic really well except to code) I think that is oretty much it here. It will take awhile to get all thjis done especially since I start school (freshman in college) on Mon. the 22nd which is next week.. |
