Well I have been through MANY free hosting....but none of them have shown to be any good Ipowerhosts- AWESOME!!! but for some reason something is wrong with there site, and is impossible to log in.... FreeWebs- Its great if u enjoy spending 500 hours on the comp loading file, by file. Bravenet- it sucks because all ur links get screwed up and ur ads as well, not to mention when u edit something and save it, it will apear as it were never changed on the editor, but when u need to add something else it screws everything up. I need help finding a good free hoster.....and that has visual editing... if any one could help me out...that would be great.. thanks you |

Let me think for a little while. I know of a few, but none of which give you add free hosting and cool features. I would go for a host that has you pay a small fee. http://dreamhost.com is a great host. Try them for some great deals if you don't mind paying |

To find a somewhat decent free host requires a lot of digging. Search google deeply, you might find the package you need. I used to know tonnes, but I seem to have lost the text file, so i'll list the ones I know right now. Geocities.com +I personally dislike geocities. They have an add that takes up a quarter of the screen, which really puts me off. http://www.goeshere.com/ +I dont know if they're currently offering free hosting, but keep an eye on this, it seems like quite the catch. https://home.v3.com/ +V3 by fortune city, I dont know too much about this. http://www.angelfire.lycos.com/ +heheh getting back to my roots. Back in the good old text and picture days, my websites were generally hosted here. Good luck finding a free host. |
