Well, now that I've dropped out of the P2L project I was working on, I guess I can divulge everything I know without getting in trouble. First of all, let me tell you why I was working for P2L (Volunteering). I was helping them convert the current Twodded website to complete XHTML and CSS standards, meaning no tables for formatting at all. About half way through the project I ran into some major IE and FF bugs, and because time was running low, I turned it over to them. It would have been easier if I had designed the entire thing myself from the start. From what I know, they have the original coder doing it now. I don't know when it will be out, but it should be by the end of the month. Now for some juice. I talked to Faken about two months ago, when I recommended a new tutorial category. He told me they were working on a brand new navigation system which would greatly reduce those horrible page lengths. So far I haven't seen anything like this, so we'll just have to wait for some more news on that. That's all I can give you guys for now, so enjoy it while you can |
