Newbie Posts: 3 Group: Members Member #97 Joined: November 9, 2005	I left an introduction about me, but I thought I might tell you some random stuff about myself if you're bored enough to read it. The pic is old, my hair is short now but I'm growing it long again. read my journal to read rants about my failed love life. So now I go to Lakeland to escape the wrath of winter and find new friends. I'll probably arrive with nothing more than a few clothes, $150, and my trusty AOpen EZ-18 NForce2 based SFF computer sans monitor (no room). I'll probably be homeless for a bit till I get a job. If anyone has a spare couch or floor I don't mind cleaning and doing dishes. Not that I expect anyone to be in a hurry to let some random wierdo in their house. Some quick background info: I was born in a really boring town called Pocatello, in Idaho. i moved to blommington, IN when I was six. I attended a private junior high/high school founded by hippies called Harmony (that was interesting). I attended Indiana university for a little over a year, my major was Computer Science. I dropped out because I wasn't really commited. I stayed in Bloomington for awhile and did all the naughty fun stuff I never did growing up. I finally got tired of the stupid ignorant white trash and pointless and oppressive drug scene and did a little traveling here and there. I recently came to Southold, Long Island, New York to visit a family I know for the summer. I can't stay here and I want to stay someplace warm for the winter. I figured Florida was about the warmest place. I also figured it was best to stay away from the hurricane battered coastlines and most of southern Florida so the choices came down to Gainesville or Lakeland. I finally decided on Lakeland. (actually I spent about a year studying climate data, population statistics, and cost-of-living before deciding on Lakeland. If I like Lakeland enough I may stay there awhile. Although I would like to someday move to the Portland, Oregon area.
