like I said, all of the comments over at the old Vektorized and Textonic blogs are from spam bots. As for the new Textonic, the one I post at http://webfuziondesign.com/textonic, I have a lot of friends on the web, who also have blogs, and a lot of people link to me. |

Interesting name. Is it just for show or does it have some deeper meaning? As for hits, its all about networking. Join communities, earn respect and they will follow. The higher quality your work, the more interest you'll gain. At least thats how it goes in my eyes. The name is really only something you can create/decide on, if you want to be happy with it. When i was deciding a name, I constantly got feedback from different people, trying to get an unbiased review. Eventually, studiohybrid was clearly more refined, so I went with that. Sucks about panicmedia.com being taken. studiohybrid.com is taken, but I have a plan. If it doesnt bother you too much, hyphens can be used in domain names. After I dropped 'studioRED', I felt uncomplete. I had grown to like that name. I was considering studiohybrid, but it felt so foreign... so new. But now I've grown to like it. Whatever feels right, go for it. If its a close call, go with the name that you feel you have a better understanding of. That you know you can work with. Well now I'm just rambling on. Reading through your blog, I see one of you (huh?) has decided to give your portfolio a break. Parents and grades? I understand. My parents are always on my case. But I always seem to do well with my grades. Good luck. |
