In an official release on the Google Blog, Jeffrey Veen, co-founder of Adaptive Path, announced that Google has officially purchased Measure Map, a statistics tracking program aimed at Bloggers, from Adaptive Path. Jeffrey Veen, along with leading AP, will now also be a full time working employee at Google as Measure Map is developed. While plans for the new product have yet to be announced it is expected that Measure Map will either be tied in with Analytics or possibly Blogger.
