I was reading this article about "net neutrality" and how huge corporations may start taxing content providers (if you own a website small or large you're a content provider). In addition, these corporations, such as AT&T, Verizon, and Comcast will, if you decide not to pay your tax, slow down, block, or otherwise make your website inaccessible.

My opinion on this is simple, if this does get passed as a law there will be hell to pay, trust me, you (the corporations) don't want to upset millions of people, not even taking into consideration the hacker underground.

So what do you guys think of this?

PS. Spread the word, get people to sign the petition, post messages on your blogs. Zeerus, spread the word on the Random Shapes network.

Wtf? Taxes on the net over websites?

That is the STUPIDEST thing I have heard in awhile. I signed the petition and sent a message to Congress.

That's good to hear, look here: http://gargles.net/net-neutrality-who-voted-for-what/. Net Neutrality is on Digg, dug over 750 times! I guess Congress likes the internet, for what I don't know. :hardeehar:
