Constitution: Article 1 - The Governance: Section 1: Elections Elections will be held every 2 months or upon the failure of a leader and his council to govern the region successfully. In such an event, a majority vote may call for a vote of no confidence, requiring the government to step down and elections be held. The elections shall occur as follows: Nominations - A candidate must receive nominations from two or more nations in order to qualify for candidacy. The nominations period shall last for 3 days. Campaigning - Each candidate shall have 1 thread dedicated to them in the elections forum, where they may campaign for election. The campaigning period shall last for 2 days. Vote - Every nation may only vote once and for one candidate - no nation may re-select their candidate. A decision is final. A simple majority wins the election. Section 2: The Government Upon election a President may organise their government as they see fit - including the removal or restructuring of certain offices. However, though the President has overall power, he or she may not disband the: Foreign Embassy (WA Delegate), Internal Office or anything in future entrenched in the constitution. Section 3: Offices The Foreign Embassy shall be the home of the WA Delegate and be the source of debates and votes on WA resolutions, as well as the drafting ground for possible future resolutions. Any other information is to the discretion of the Head of the Internal Office. Furthermore the Internal Office dictates who joins and leaves the region, in addition to all recruiting responsibilities. Article 2 - The World Assembly: Section 1: The Delegate The World Assembly delegate shall be chosen and appointed by the President and hold the office for the same period of time as the Government. Section 2: Resolutions The Delegate must only vote according to the popular, majority vote posed by the members of WWWYF. Any divergance from the majority vote shall result in immediate removal from office, and suspension from any future governmental positions. A simply majority on a Resolution wins Article 3 - Security Section 1: The Internal Office The Internal Office has full control over who may join and leave the region. Any banning reccomendations will be made by the Head of the Internal Office to the founder of the region, who will deal with any rulebreakers.
