Still playing Battlefield3.
My brother works graveyard so I seldom see him online.
He had last night off, so it's all his fault.

Good times though. :cheers

I think we have that. My nephew was on-line the other day and that was listed as what he was playing.

Not so...girls play. My son air softs with a group of kids and there are girls that do it too.

Hey Marcia....am I right in remembering you saying you are affected by that seasonal disorder ie: lack of light? I was reading an article that said they are having great treatment response when people are shining a light in their ears. Do you want me to re-check the specifics?

please do.. I do have a full spectrum light and use that to help.. but the bulbs are expensive as hell to replace.. It would be interesting to see what kind of light they use and how it works.

Lets see, I'm going to edit just for the important parts.....

9 out of 10 patients with SED who shined a light in their ears for 8 to 12 mins daily got total relief from their symptoms within 4 weeks...began feeling peppier and happier within 5 days...blah, blah..area of brain...blah, blah...

Sit near a lamp without a shade that has a blue-emitting light bulb (such as the GE Reveal, sold in hardware stores) or shine a flashlight with a "cool" white LED light directly into each ear for 8 minutes per day.

holy hell.. the device that was invented for this cost $300 bucks.. I thought my full spectrum lamp was expensive @ $180

Thanks for letting me know about this.. It probably would be a good option when we travel.

Sure....I thought it was interesting. I'm not a fan of winter and tend to become more of a homebody. Don't think its sed, but I've wondered if its a touch, or maybe I'm just not a cold weather person.

I love winter, but I'm a homebody even in the summer.
