we got some really nice huge T-bones and were planning on bbq'ing them last night and it rained.. so we figured we would tonight.. but it can't make up its mind if it wants to rain or not.. Its sprinkled then stopped, then sprinkled, then stopped.. I said screw it and tossed them in the freezer, so we are having pork chops tonight.. Tomorrow night I am doing a spaghetti dinner for the family cause Marks mom and her new husband are in town. |

Man all that sounds good! Love T-bone, love pork chops, love spaghetti. Haven't had pork chops in a long time, think that will have to be a meal for next weekend. |

we go to Sams and get a big pack of 12-14 and have pork chops several times a month.. Spaghetti dinner was a big hit.. Did spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, a nice salad with mixed greens and for dessert we had a triple chocolate cake. I made enough sauce for 2 more dinners, so I batched it up in storage containers and put them in the freezer.. On the nights where I am working late, Mark can pull them out and we can have spag. for dinner. |

yuck, cold pasta, bleh.. unless its in a pasta salad. I make a killer pasta salad that can be served either hot or cold.. I slice up or cube veal, brown in a but of butter, olive oil and garlic, remove that from the pan then add onions, tomatoes and a little bit of mushrooms and let the saute till the tomatoes break down, then add beef broth and the veal back to the pan and let it simmer. I toss that with Farfalle (bow tie) pasta. If I am going to serve it hot/warm, I keep tossing it in the bowl so the sauce covers ever piece of the pasta. If I am going to serve it cold, when it cools down, I put it in a ziplock bag and turn the bag periodically so all the pasta gets coated. I sometimes saute zucchini, yellow squash and fresh green beans to the salad too. I used to include asparagus but I am allergic to them now |

I LOVE cold spaghetti. Take a buttered piece of bread and make a cold spaghetti sandwich. YUMM!! Your pasta salad sounds great, except for the shrooms, you can have my share. Speaking of pasta salad, I had a mexican pasta salad yesterday that was very good. Think I might try to make one this weekend. It had a salsa base with a bit of vinegar and black olives. Never seen that before, but it was tasty. |

sounds good.. As for the mushrooms, I happen to be allergic to the damn things and can only have a small amount(couple of teaspoonfuls) without having an allergic reaction. |

And you still eat them? I think I would stay far away from the things. I can take them or leave them. If they are in a dish I'll eat it with no problem, but my friend won't eat anything that has even looked at a shroom. |

Stick with the Psilocybin mushrooms, you can't go wrong. ![]() Made a batch of mexican pasta salad today. It was fantastic! Of course, I could have got by on half the pasta amount. Never been a good judge when cooking pasta. |
