I'm sure I would survive, just not sure how happy about it I would be. ;)

Get to see my Mom next week. She is in the State visiting her Aunt, who is 102 or 103 years old. Mom figured she better see her again now since she is starting to have health problems.

You never know, maybe someday you will. It's a strange universe we live in.

I guess my aunt's mind is failing. She can remember things from 80 years ago, but she can't remember two minutes ago.

Yeah, I know I do. We would always spend Christmas Eve at her house when I was young. My Mom's mom died after giving birth to my Mom. Aunt Waneta was pretty much my Mom's mom.

That sucks. No way to cover them, or is it getting too cold?
We have been breaking records here, for the most 90 degree days in one year. Broke the record yesterday, today and the next two days will add to the record. So, summer is still kicking some butt here.
My tomatoes are doing good, and the peppers are the best I've ever had. I think they must love the hot weather.

Well hello there. :D

I saw that you had made it home safe and sound. Looked like you had a great time across the pond.

It was another bad year for tomatoes.. to much rain, not enough sunlight, and was the coldest July on record.. I am going to bring them inside if we do get frost and see if I can baby them till they do ripen.

I wish they could parcel out this weather a little more evenly. This year has been so hot and dry here.

TGIF!
Mom comes through town today, so I get to cut out of work early. :b1
