1) The General Assembly,

2) Alarmed by, The amount of people dying each day to malnutrition all over the
3) world,

4) Emphasizing, 10.9 million children dying every year due to malnutrition,

5) Bearing in mind, 925 million people are suffering from hunger all over the world,

6) Realizing, world agriculture produces more than enough food to feed everyone
7) in the world,

8) Noting further, 25,000 people die of hunger everyday around the world,

9) Desiring, ways to solve hunger problems all over the world,

10) Approving, the actions of organizations such as the World Food Program
11) helping 73 countries and 90 million beneficiaries this year with an
12) average of 3.7 million tons of food,

13) Recognizing, other ways countries help stop hunger such as public distribution
14) systems and other organizations,

15) Further deploring, third world and developing countries in need of aid
16) also countries plagued by conflict and economic troubles,

17) Fully aware, the main causes of malnutrition and hunger are conflicts occurring
18) in these countries and also due to peoples economic situations,

19) Further believing, that as the UN we should help maintain peace and security
20) as well as cooperate internationally, and world hunger can help lead to conflict
21) as well as countries not being able to cooperate internationally due to lack of
22) resources as well,

23) Declares accordingly, that the UN should support programs such as the World
24) Food Program, in order to help other nations and that the UN is doing its job,
25) supporting such as giving resources to these programs so that they can
26) continue to operate and do their jobs, bigger first world countries can contribute
27) more than other countries such as developing ones

28) Calls for, other countries to help support these countries in poverty and in
29) conflict; by giving support financially or through other resources to help
30) maintain peace and foreign relations all over the world; one way this can be done
31) is by getting nations to send food and supplies directly to the country in need

32) Further reminds, that hunger can be prevented and stopped as of these past
33) few years the world agriculture creates more than enough food to feed all
34) the people in the world; if we all save back a little and help send excess food
35) to the countries that need it then we would not have world hunger which would
36) also mitigate a lot of the other conflicts in our world

37) Calls for, nations to act up and mitigate this huge problem.

Good job overall. Just note that you don't have to put a comma after each italicized or underlined statement at the beginning of the clause. Your preambulatory clauses are good, there's a lot of good info in there. However, your operative clauses are kind of jumbled together. It seems like there are a few solutions mashed together, and you seem to almost ramble on. You need to clearly define each of your solutions, not make it one big run on sentence. Also remember that after each operative clause, there's supposed to be a semicolon. I think that if you just dissect your big operative clauses, it'll be a bit clearer and make more sense.
